Honestly, I'm confused if I should be using v1.11 or 1.7.4 because mods are more stable on that version but I used v1.11 briefly and was also having the problem of a missing face in doggy position.

That and the x-ray option doesn't show up, might just be a different mod all together tho.

Having an exact same issue: in both e1.11.0 modded and 1.74 latest modded cumflation fixed.
First it pops this error:

And then it puts the "push" notification from which you can't interact with the game anyhow except for closing:
Screens taken from 1.74 latest modded cumflation fixed, but exactly same pattern happens with e1.11.0 modded.
