I agree with you playing it on joiplay doesn't work
So game works with mods except the js mod that is what messes the game up for joiplay ultra Loli doesn't show image I don't know if there is a fix to it

The modder said he no longer had contact with the artist and he dont have money to finish anyway.

For me I downloaded the fully modded one and I deleted the js mod and it worked for me all of them should be in that ppsl folder just make sure to check the www folder
Sorry, but did you do something else other than deleting the js mod folder? I still get this error

If you go to the ppls folder then go to the www folder and then mod folder that is where the js mod file is
