Not as far as story goes, no. On GameJolt it's listed as "Complete", thus it's listed as such here. I don't think this was ever meant to be more than a short game.

Hey everyone! I'm Mr. Wolf, the dev of the game. AMA

To answer a few questions from this thread:
Is it complete?
The game was completed and then released, so it was always fully finished from the very beginning. It was just a short experience for me to learn the Ren'Py game engine, and also my wife and I planned on
I've been an indie dev for years, and have had a decent amount of "success" at it, with a number of well-received released titles, and really kind press in places like PC Gamer, Polygon, Macworld, etc. etc. But I've never made shit at it, as far as money. So when I saw Summertime Saga's Patreon page, I was like, holy shit... I've been making the wrong games! As a lifetime pervert AND an accomplished indie games developer, it felt like a match made in heaven!
So anyways we wanted to make a short but fully complete game to start, something that proves we finish what we start, with one really hot scene in it with a bunch of great cumshots, so when we started working on our really big project, and people were like: "Why the hell should we trust you losers with our money?" We could say: "well, hey, check out our previous project and if you like the graphics or the writing or both, you'll probably like our next thing too!" And from the comments here it sounds like the art was well received by most, which is really awesome to hear! And hopefully the fact that it was a polished, bug-free experience came across as well.
Does the update from yesterday have any new content?
The only thing that has changed is the very end scene, where instead of it saying Keep an eye out for our next project!, now it says Download the new demo for our next game that just came out!, which is posted here at f95zone.to/threads/special-delivery-v0-01-03-duck-wolf.54817/
It's called Special Delivery, and you play out the role of the classic porn fantasy: the pizza guy who fucks everyone he delivers to. We'd love any and all brutally honest feedback. That's the only way the game will continue to improve!
Why does the girl sound so silly?
Well, it was the first time my wife had done any voice acting of any kind! She was a real trooper about the gagging scenes, too
