Played the game a few versions ago and there was pretty much just a few sex scenes with the orc girl but not with the other characters. Anything changed since then or its still not really worth to play it?

There is at least one orgy, a tentacle intrusion, various hookups if you aim towards anyone other than the orc girl, getting passed about as as public property, trading full access to yourself for info with a rather large bartender, a very early-on bit of flat-out light prostitution, etc, etc. You missed a bit.
I feel like nothing new has been added this past year, the development pace has been extremely reduced for 2 years now.
shame about now having to jerk off swollwang; if going for lesbian-only and wanting to help out/befriend Lel that's kinda mandatory now.

How do you start the new pet/familiar content? Someone commented that it starts once sparkle gets captured trying to save Lel but I can't figure out how to get Sparkle captured.
after being rescued by lel join the group directly. do not get the great sword. Or help widgets people. Do not pass go or collect 200 dollars. Just join the group.

Updated my compressed Android port of Healslut to v0.85k.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

Yeah the dev has a writer's block and doesn't know how to continue his story and prefers to add commissioned ideas or paths (like the pet one).
The game has a lot of variations, but on a single path the game advance by 10mn of content each year. I'm not a fan of replaying a game just for different kinks.
Though what is here is quite good.

She has been pushed to the sidelines for now unfortunately, but I do have some fun plans for her and Lel to play off each other to get Sparkle into some interesting situations.
That route starts late in the game right now so there's not a lot of room for content but if all goes to plan I will be moving the start point to earlier in the story and "fleshing" it out quite a bit.
I'll be making up for the lack of Prince Tonii content for sure. He's probably the most wholesome character in the whole story and he definitely needs to have more time with Sparkle.Aye! I try to cover a broad range of interests in a very choice-driven story and at this point I'm writing/rendering a multitude of different variations for each scene. I knew what I was doing when I started down this path but if I could go back in time I would probably slap myself. At any rate, we're nearing the end of the story! Sure I'll still add in fun stuff but it will take a lot of pressure off, I hope.
Sparkle doesn't have to wank Swollwang if on a lesbian-only route. The wank is avoidable as long as Sparkle has not touched a weiner (Swollwang will go do it himself if Sparkle tells him she's not into weiners).
I don't feel that I'm "milking" it at all. The story has been steady on (mostly) and now it is wrapping up. I understand your perspective, though -- particularly if you're seeing content updates that you're not interested in.
I did have writer's block for about a month and it was hell, but thankfully I've broken it. And thankfully I do know how to continue the story as it has all been outlined to the end -- I just get stuck on details/dialog and especially sexytimes scenes, which I have always struggled to write well.
Also I've never taken any commissions, actually. The added content (like the pet route) is for long-time supporters that make requests, which I do actively encourage.
I do appreciate that you enjoy what is there and I hope that you give the game another shot once the story is completed.

Hey daviezwei, have you added much content for twink / trap Sparkle with other guys? There wasn't much last time I played, though admittedly I think I miss a lot of content by not going free use. I actually like your writing enough to play without any smut content but there is a lot of stuff to replay every time there is a new update when there isn't much content you are interested in, you know?
I would actually like to see more Simon / Simone content, too, maybe with Jane's dad or the people from the restaurants, but ultimately I hope you just do what you want to do so you don't get burn out or anything
About Roopah and Sparkle boat scene, previously Futa Sparkle was able to overpower Roopah and dominate her. Has that option been removed? Cannot seem to trigger it anymore.

My request for excellent femalle protagonist games like this has always been and always will be for their to be more submissiveness and masochistic options / routes to be added. What can I say, I'm twisted like that.
P.S. oh, and more submissive oral sex, no story ever has enough of that. For it to take a rougher abusive turn makes it even better.
