VN Ren'Py Healslut [v0.99f3] [Davie Zwei]

Hi all, no release yet but this is what Davie has been working on.

MAJOR FIX:
Fixed the various syntax and image errors due to the Ren'Py update (and my misunderstanding of the new code),

CHANGELOG:
Extended the Leldom route to...???,
Sparkle can call out Kayden for nearly getting the group killed, which will result in a change in attitude (QK route),
Instead of being forced by stats, Sparkle can now choose to confront Kayden in Port Town or slide into the agreeable route (non-QK route),
Added/updated Guidance in a bunch of various places so that it is more clear and comprehensive,
Also updated the Guidance for the Looty-Booty Chest token to show the awarded outfit for the femboy start,
Updated various scenes to use relevant emotive sprites instead of leaving Sparkle on "talk" most of the time,


BUGFIXES:
Tied the looter role directly to the looter variable to fix role, hierarchy, and dialog inconsistencies,
Updated logic in some situations to fix Sparkle not "owing" it to Leigh to try to get Kayden to take him back,
Created variable to flag femboy start to fix some wonky references and incorrect dialog,
Fixed positioning of characters for several variable-dependent scenes to prevent overlapping sprites

Could someone better explain the assured absolution mechanics for me? What are the up and downsides - does it allow you more sex scenes, and does it imply some passive gain in agreeable, or otherwise significantly reduce the player's agency? Guidance says naked knowledge is the neutral ability, but (sorry to all deep roleplayers) I'd like to take the option that opens my path to the most content. No qualms about ntr'ing Panki, she was sweet about wejiit and would make a great cuckquean If a relationship locks you out of some sex and absolution unlocks it, it's a big plus, but passive gains in agreeable are not, I want to remain in control. Spoilers welcome!

It's a shame there isn't a route to make Panki the boss and make Lel hate her brother. That guy really is unbearable, but I guess sparkles is too good to go down that path.

Looking for what's the "ruthless" option for leldom. I tried every bad path I could that doesn't have the succubus take lel. Not really sure how to trigger it or what's the difference.

Same, I can also not figure it out. Everything I ever get is "nice" and "fair" in treatment options.

Thank you. Guidance mentions drawbacks, does that include mandatory gain of agreeable points (and loss of player autonomy)?

I'm wondering if I'm missing out by trying to avoid being too submissive. I do let Sparkle slut it up, as long as the scene doesn't carry a "willpower hit". But the part of the free use route that I played, which requires being the loot puppy, is too degrading. I let her degrade herself with bandits and barkeepers, but her companions must respect her. Still, get a feeling that the canon route is submissive and that I'll be avoiding fun times up to the very end. I just don't like to play a character that is permanently being bullied, even by her girlfriend(s).

"All romance paths will allow for casual sex, ‘free use’, or harem possibilities if the right choices are made" - but isn't it true that free use will reduce the oportunities to have romantic moments with your chosen partner(s)? I'm reading the walkthrough as I play and it seems like all the free use episodes ocupy the same space as moments you could choose to spend with your LI. Not to mention that free use implies loot duty and a lot of verbal abuse that feels at odds with romance.

In particular, if seems like free use prevents you form starting a relationship with harmony, unless there's more than one opportunity for that?
