A massive fight with Davie could definitely fuel something like that, because Amelie might then seek even more intimate closeness. Aside from that, I’ve said before that Amelie sometimes still doubts whether the MC is just infatuated with her and finds her physically attractive, or whether he truly loves her. So a kind of “proof of love” from the MC — a romantic dinner, a ring, or something “secret” that wouldn’t be immediately noticeable, since Amelie is still married and no one knows what’s happening behind closed doors — could help.

The cheapest route would be alcohol, but I really hope that’s not the case.

Even I was thinking of the "fight with Davie" route. That's more plausible than the "proof of love" thing or the alcohol route (the alcohol would only be involved, if she has a fight with Davie, since she only drinks that much when she's in emotional turmoil). The problem I have with "token of love" trigger is that she knows it's his hormones and the Dick brain doing the talking when he makes grand promises or gestures of love. The length guys would go to to get laid, yada yada. HOWEVER, I also see it working, with a slight change.

I think it's only when MC comes to terms with the fact that sex between them is never gonna happen and stops pushing her for it. Not only that, he also gets her a beautiful gift to show her love for her, irrespective of whether she allows him to fuck her or not. For most of us, that would completely ruin the aesthetic of the game, especially after such a long build-up. In my opinion, it would be a total waste to “use up” the first scene on anal.
