Lauren is Mia's mom, I think. She is the fat woman that MC fucks at the very beginning of the game. Basically, she was used to get some disposable lewd content early in the slow burn. Lauren is in all of the first 4 scenes in the gallery, but really hasn't had any screen time since then.
Hope there is a skip button for the Mia scenes

Amelie is one step away from full sex, so it's not surprising when devs try to do everything to stall. It's the usual game shifty devs often pull with these milfy/landlady characters, because they know how desperate players are for that content.
