i went to garret skins and some of them wont show up in game. its the ones that are not in rar format and just are in folders.

How do you access this discord?

Pretty sure the Discord is public, but you have to subscribe to at least the lowest level on the Patreon for at least one month to get access to the mods. Do some Googling to find an invite link.

80% certain they're fine, I got mine from here the day it was uploaded. Try using 7zip to unpack them.
