Unity Heat [v7.3.1 Test] [Edef]

I may be super dense but im following the instructions on the front of the thread. I downloaded and extracted the latest version of heat, downloaded the cracker, and followed the crackers instruction. My question is where do you "point" the heat patcher? is the directory for heat just heat Data? Sorry but never done this before so bare with me ^^.

Just put the cracker exe in the heat folder and let it run from there.

The crack for this doesn't work

Make sure it is the one with the UI and not the command prompt and that 'crack by by pattern' is enabled (I believe that is what the option is called, but it may be something similar).

there where some bugs with the old method of limiting characters i guess, or they just dont want us to have more then 2 chars at once

Will it just allow more than 2 or will it allow duplicates of the same character, too? (It would be nice to be able to do that without relying on glitches.)

Select "Patch by Pattern" when running the crack. If you didn't do that, reinstall.

Hardly. If you can't manage to download the patcher, place the patcher in the folder with the Heat.exe file, and then run the patcher and click a couple of buttons then I feel that might be on you. It also means you can handle it yourself when new versions come out so you can just patch them and play them on your own then. It's adding extra steps to an already simple process by posting the .dll files when each version will require different ones.

Bruh, just discovered, that my previous patcher is being used by every fucking site with this game
(Some even copied the whole original post (Hello to you Mickey @disqus_sJL9tHpAdM) (but really, you suck at being a mod), or claimed to have their own “cracking group” xD (lol, they have deleted it))
