Ah yes, commiting sudoku in the name of "traditional conception"... completely makes sense for a well educated millionaire doctor dude who doesn't want to die young... it's totally not a lack of the most minimum of research on the part of the writer...
Or, just a thought: the writer was perfectly aware of the potential for sperm to be frozen, and had plans for that being brought up by Nikki but felt it'd be a really weird way to end the chapter so was saving it to be addressed later.

But no, you genuinely thought that the guy who had clearly looked into gun laws and strip club rules for Louisiana, who actually flew to the state for a week for research, did extensive reading on glioblastoma and other brain cancers, and a slew of other deep-dives into the setting and background for the story somehow neglected the most obvious answer for MC's situation. That's what made sense to you. Not that there is shit going on that you aren't privy to yet, no, no no: this is just bad research!

You have always been a hypercritical asshole, Jacowboy, but your incessant need to shit-talk me over the past few years comes across as kind of sad and obsessive. Find better things to do with your time.

I get your defending your work, respect it even. Good on you for doing so.

I shit talk people and I like to call people out for their bullshit....

Every so often though there is that one person that comes across as so pathetic it kinda feels like low hanging fruit to call them out for it because everyone else already knows and doesn't waste their time with them....

That guy is one of those. I think at this point if I was to slam them it would be less calling them on their bullshit and more stating the obvious.

I think when the same person has repeatedly tried to slam you and been made to look like an idiot every single time yet still carries on it makes you wonder. There are those that were obviously dropped on their heads as a kid and then those that were dropped so many times it's almost like someone used them as a human pogo stick.

Conceptually it's true, but there could be a thousand other reasons behind it that are not at all logical.

I'll keep riding it to the end!

They just meant so many variations for the harem, not giving you everyone.

It obviously wouldn't work considering some don't get on with others. You also have to remember in their harems the women also get involved with each other so some are not going to be compatible.
is this true or can we get all the girls in one playthrough? sorry for the bother

isn't this supposed to be a harem game? looks like some LIs are mutually exclusive...
Harem only means 3 or more LI's at once, not everyone.

Was the same in their first game.

There was a harem and 2 solo only LI's.
Not sure if it's going to be full harem. I think Sylvanie could well be a problem in that regard, especially with Aurora and possibly some others. I have a separate save for her. We shall see what happens.
harem means that to some and to others its different etc.

but for the f95 tag:
Harem [1 person being courted by at least 3 others, all engaging in consensual sex simultaneously.]
Well I obviously meant a full "harem", didn't I??? Because I remember the devs saying they didn't want to have so much branching this time around :cautious:

Storm and Slockie have said multiple times it is full (optional) harem.

Keep in mind that being with all the LIs at once doesn't necessarily mean you get every scene in a single run.

This was a surprisingly disappointing update.

I was expecting to have Patricia be the main focus of this update, since the previous one ended with her showing up to talk with us. But all we got there was an extremely brief scene of about thirty renders, one-fifth of which were of her and her husband. And then it ends abruptly as soon as it feels like we are starting to make progress in this relationship. She tells us her kid had cancer, starts to cry in our arms, and the game just cuts away from all that to us going to meet Nikki and walk her dogs. They couldn't have bailed on Patricia any fucking harder than that. I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of cancer types, so I don't know why this particular cancer caused the MC to react how he did, so a bit more internal dialogue would've been helpful there.

We do get another scene with Patricia at the club later, where she asks us if we are coming to the club every Thursday because we're interested in someone. We have the option to either give her a just friends speech, or to tell her "Just because I might be interested in others, doesn't mean I'm not interested in you." Holy shit, that's got to be the least romantic way of telling a girl you want to be with her. How hard would it be for him to just say that there is one woman in particular that he's interested in?

It was especially stupid because Patricia was the only one I showed interest in on this path. The game should know that I'm only interested in Patricia, because it did understand that previously. The first episode allowed us to tell Patricia that we specifically came back to see her again if and only if we had previously told Nikki that she wasn't our type. So what the fuck happened? It would seem that the developers just got lazy, because this was a pathetic showing.

Patricia felt like an afterthought in this update. Charlie throwing his busty granddaughter at us had more renders than the opening scene with Patricia. The stupid transgender sideplot had over five times as many renders as the opening scene. What the hell is going on here? I honestly thought that Patricia and Nikki were the two main love interests of the game, but now it feels like Patricia is barely even a side character.

There was also an issue of Mika's hairstyle changing mid conversation, but that's an easy fix that will likely be rectified in a hurry.

There's eleven main love interests, not two. And it's (optionally) full harem. Nikki and Patricia just happen to be the most developed so far. If you only show interest in one, you're going to have updates like this from time to time.

And they've said that even if you aren't on a romantic path with a woman, they won't just disappear from the game. It'll likely just resolve into a platonic friendship instead. So even on a solo romance path, you'll still be spending a lot of time with other characters.
