I gotta say if we aren't gonna get a ending with alive and well mc, then there's no way I'm doing his last of his lineage bullshit. It's really fucking selfish imo. Maybe it's just me but I'm not bringing a child knowing I won't be there to raise them. Hell I prolly wouldn't romance any of the girls for the same reason. All I can say fingers crossed for a alive ending path

I'm going to guess that MC realizing the implications of this and coming to terms with other views is going to be a big part of the plot.

Well to be short. I have ESET running on my computer and no alarm at all. Just playing the game as we speak. Windows defender is crap..... Sorry to say.

But all we got there was an extremely brief scene of about thirty renders, one-fifth of which were of her and her husband. She tells us her kid had cancer, starts to cry in our arms, and the game just cuts away from all that to us going to meet Nikki and walk her dogs. They couldn't have bailed on Patricia any fucking harder than that. I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge of cancer types, so I don't know why this particular cancer caused the MC to react how he did, so a bit more internal dialogue would've been helpful there.

We do get another scene with Patricia at the club later, where she asks us if we are coming to the club every Thursday because we're interested in someone. We have the option to either give her a just friends speech, or to tell her "Just because I might be interested in others, doesn't mean I'm not interested in you." Holy shit, that's got to be the least romantic way of telling a girl you want to be with her. How hard would it be for him to just say that there is one woman in particular that he's interested in?

It was especially stupid because Patricia was the only one I showed interest in on this path. The game should know that I'm only interested in Patricia, because it did understand that previously. The first episode allowed us to tell Patricia that we specifically came back to see her again if and only if we had previously told Nikki that she wasn't our type. So what the fuck happened? It would seem that the developers just got lazy, because this was a pathetic showing.

Patricia felt like an afterthought in this update. Charlie throwing his busty granddaughter at us had more renders than the opening scene with Patricia. The stupid transgender sideplot had over five times as many renders as the opening scene. What the hell is going on here? I honestly thought that Patricia and Nikki were the two main love interests of the game, but now it feels like Patricia is barely even a side character.

There was also an issue of Mika's hairstyle changing mid conversation, but that's an easy fix that will likely be rectified in a hurry.

I'd took a guess and say that Nikki would be a "main" LI from the beginning, just like Heidi from Bare Witness. They both have most of the screen time than other female characters. And I'm quite sure that she would get pregnant in the future updates just like that girl.

Davin makes it quite clear with that phrase at the cemetery: "I won't die without leaving a legacy".

leave the accounts, kids grow by themselves all the time, it's important to have them :)

Ha! I knew it was going to be a story about spreading children, I could smell it. This is a cool turn-around to the sword hanging over MC's head because now it's more about legacy(cies) with the LIs than surviving. I liiiike it.

Keep in mind there's three endings planned. I suspect the story itself will include an examination about what it means to leave a legacy in broader terms as well and give options that might affect outcomes, such as focusing more on using MC's resources to set up those clinics, adopting, being a step-parent, etc and undergoing treatment instead.

My one concern right now is the side girls compared to main girls. I don't want to reach the end of the game and they are just left out, pushed to the side. I want Kennedy, Hannah who I really want, full forgivness and all(who seems like a possiblitiy now from what I hear with ending of this update), and maybe some of the other side girls or other trans girl introduced in this update added to the harem too.

Its fine that maybe they get less focus or less content. I just don't want them to be pushed aside in the ending, I want them there too in whatever capacity that may be and be fully apart of the harem. Just my biggest concern.

Maybe, I suspect that Patricia "aligned" ending would be around adoption. What I'm getting at is that both "legacy" and "MC survives" endings are up my alley so this is very cool.
