2RS is newer than 3R. "R" is the first remaster and "RS" is the second. You will have to start over and play through on the R version from the start if you want to see the 3R content.

Correct. 2RS contains Chapters 1 and 2. 3R contains Chapters 1-3. The "RS" version of Chapter 3 will come out with the next release, which will also include Chapter 4.

I'd cancel, man. Like, I really trust Notty and will re-engage my pledge as soon as she opens it again because I believe in her. But if you don't, don't give her your money. There are a number of devs out there whom I feel that way about and guess what. I don't contribute to them because my money's valuable.

my Stubbornness at play, given how much I loved the game at launch. I’ll give it a few days so see if my frustration eases before deciding.
