That is a good idea. The number of background nobodies needed to sail even that "tiny" ship, as you so nicely put it, is still rather large. You'd have trouble manoeuvering with less than 40 or 50 of them, and that's for a well-trained crew.

It has rather long callsign of very different structure than what Vanguard had. Or rather it seems it doesn't have a callsign at all. It looks just like a type of spacecraft and registration number.
