whats the weapon advantage and disadvantage? i forgot

The weapons triangle from Fire Emblem (Swords > Axes > Lances > Swords) generally applies, but it's better to just read the descriptions, as the weapons say what units they deal additional damage to under "Effective" (and that's what actually matters).

Using the red leash with Anita during the epilogue lets you choose which girl she walks you to. Are the different options supposed to do different things? As far as I can tell, they all result in the same dialogue.

there's a door on the upper right use a key to open it then you'll see a new recruit

I have some Doubts about the game, like ¿Whats the level cap?, Is this rly like fire emblem?, I dont wana find myself promoting someone too fast and fkin their progress by doing so.
And...Im pretty fkin sure Eva is gonna be an enemy in the future so I shouldnt lvl her right?

The level cap is 30.
Promotion is not like classic Fire Emblem in that unit level does not reset after promotion. Don't worry about promoting early.
