Don't think we'll have to worry about him making his goal. He's only at $270 with a week left before the end of the month. That number will drop even more then and doubt he gets them back since he's been radio silent since he put out the release. Didn't even release it to the lower tiered patrons.

At the number he has now it'll take him around 5 months just to do 1 month of work on the game. If he actually continues to develop the game, we might see an update in May of 2023.

His parents are certainly disappointed he can't even do milking properly. I mean, everyone knows you must complete a game before making another one, and the milking process starts. My man jumped on the milking part before amassing loyal idiots that will continuously pay for years. Screens look amazing. Too bad the dev is in complete denial.
This will never get anywhere unless the dev changes his entire attitude. I get that depending on which industry the dev has his dayjob in, you expect people to pay in advance but that is NOT how game development works. Not even for AAA studios and certainly not for green-behind-the-ear noobie devs with no track record of delivering.
Even the bait-and-switch devs are not that upfront about their scams.

The dev is an entitled, lazy, delusional prick and his refusal to work until he meets his self-proclaimed goal means this is a lose/lose situation because he gets less money, takes longer, is less invested, and there is no doubt that whatever you will (eventually) be able to play will be a lesser product for it.
