Yeah exactly. People's problem with the game is you as the MC cannot choose (in a visual novel with choices) to be with any of the girls who are practically throwing themselves at you and the only scenes so far are centered around voyeurism for Eve which a lot of people are not into that.
If that doesn't bother you that's great but for a lot of people that is not what interests them about the game and obviously yes the dev can make whatever he wants to but we as players can choose to complain about it and not play it if we want to.

The renders are good but the story and gameplay are atrocious. Sorry but this is another game bound for the recycle bin.

The problem is you are complaining about something that was explained right at the beginning.
He isn't supposed to be fucking the girls throwing themselves at him, it's aimed at a slow build due to what that place is. It's more story focused than porn so you are complaining about something that isn't going to change.

What's "atrocious" about it? Concept and writing is not really worse off than most VNs here: direct, characters are likeable/interesting enough and does what it's supposed to do ( provide some build up to the scenes). And "sandbox elements" are not really offensive/time consuming here, it's pretty easy to navigate from one scene to the next.
Only thing I find a bit annoying is MC always taking more passive role ( I guess by default he wants to remain loyal to his gf, even if it defeats the whole purpose of the game..so far).
Kinda weird how some people are very concerned about NTR, but nobody cares about the MC getting sexually assaulted and even raped.
Like, if there wasn't someone complaining about it in every single thread, I wouldn't even know what NTR is supposed to be. I would have expected sexual assault to be a much more niche kink, especially if the MC is the one being assaulted.

Okay, so what you're saying is, the NTR is PLANNED content that we haven't seen yet because the game is still building up to it... is that correct? If that's the case, (if that really is the case) than yes, I'll accept that this is an NTR game in the making.
It's definitely a better reason than I've been reading so far... that the MC's mom is sleeping with her own husband!

How do I reset the game? I played it and set my name and was starting the opening scene with the gf but I had to close the game out. Now, whenever I start the game, it just skips ahead to when I'm at camp.

Yes, the content is either NTR or very close to it (depending on your viewpoint), but that's not really the main issue I have with the game.
The main issue I have is that the Dev's mindset seems to be to actively try and find how many "Technically it's not..." situations they possibly can.
Like the concept of the flashback not being NTR;
Dev has an MC establish a relationship (or create a story pointing to a potential future relationship) with a LI.
Let's call this time point 1
Dev then shows a scene that has that LI in some sexual act with 'Not MC'.
Let's call this time point 2
Dev says (At time point 2) that this is a "flashback" so it actually (read "Technically") the player should be ok with it because it is written to have happened at time point 0. The problem here is that it was shown at time point 2, which is closer to the formula for an NTR scene, than for a 'Vanilla' or non-NTR type game.
If the dev wants to create an NTR game, a denial game, an open-relationship/sharing game, or whatever, they should absolutely do that.
Go nuts, and create the game they want to make.
Just be honest with the community about what type of game it is and what the direction is,
and cut the "technically it is/it's not..." B.S.

According to my source, it's not implemented yet. The game is still very early on and it's being planned.

His girlfriend ends up jealous he's there with a group of women but he calms her down. She is completely faithful.
There is only 1 scene that could remotely be classed as NTR but the woman involved is married and active sexually so I wouldn't class it as ntr at all. She's shown fucking a guy one night that may or may not be her husband and she has some sex pics on her phone. That is the total sum of anything ntr related. I can't call it ntr because none of it is done for jealousy.
The 2 girls he lives with, sisters if you name them as such, seem to be virgins, 1 of them is at least and only seem to be chasing the MC.
The 4 girls there for rehab are only interested in the MC.
There is only 1 other guy shown and none of the girls, even his own wife, seem interested in anything there.
MC isn't being passive, they run a centre where people go to help for various things and have rules to follow, he isn't supposed to be fucking the patients. That will likely change down the line but he's staff at a rehab centre, he isn't going to start banging everything that moves, it wouldn't make any sense.
So, it has one very brief blink and you miss it "ntr" scene you don't even need to watch and a few pictures on a phone you don't need to see.

This is NOT clear from the game, you see her moving outside at night then decide to follow her and see her having sex with a man, this man could be her own husband, the MC is unsure of her partner, because it is dark.
MC finds sexy foto's on the same woman's phone, you see some male parts on the foto's, but again they can and probably are her husband's.
This impression is made more probable as the woman in question catches MC and deduces the MC has watched the fotos on her phone and is not worried at all.
