There's an inbuilt console/debug tool, you can force every NPC to not wear clothes, should you wanna figure out how to do that.
You can edit the Newspaper Office events to reduce the delay to 1-2 days per event and debug your PS skill to 100; that will allow you to burn through the "Nature's Way" storyline.
Well, yes; you'll just get hammered in Reputation if you do it too soon; the goal is to get the town to accept it - via drugs, or hypnosis, or dropping porn, sex toys, etc. in high-traffic areas - before you go that far.

You don't really need it. Just play the game for a few in game months and get the students inhibitions down and they will be shown wearing less clothing even with the normal uniform selected. I use that to sort my students into classes so I don't get rep hits for doing something lewd in a classroom when they all aren't ready for it.
I believe that is a game setting, the clothing showing the inhibition state.

Okay folks back with all fixes from SP1 - SP3.
Copy everything into the main folder and let it overwrite everything.
New game is advise for all the changes that have been made.

wait so this hhs+ is stillt he same as hhs 1.9.5 just more refined code.. and same "focus one character corrupt enslave" ... i still don't understand if the events now work both genders.
Reloaded Events through the Debug menu on a Save.
Unrelated: The Coppers chain seems to have stalled (Phone tells you to call them into your office, which never happens).
After confronting Bells, you find a stoned student in back, but when you confiscate, nothing else seems to happen.
Girls in your basement never wear the proper outfit. They will ask to wear it after they're released.
Is the aforementioned chain limited to Male Principals only? Cycled through a few weeks as a Futa with no triggers; once switched back to Male, the event fired.

You might be better off tagging DasBrain in these cases, especially stuff concerning events. He has a better overview over what bugs have already been reported, fixed and published as a patch in the beta release.

You can use this fix now or wait for the full SP4 to come out, either way a new game is required because on older game save the events may already be past and you will not get the content this fixes.
