You can use the DEBUG menu to change everything in-game. Use the wiki in the OP to help yourself.

As I said, everything. Type in 'add', and a list should appear, then choose which one you want. Guess its "add money xxx" (xxx being the numbers you want to change it to)
I can say that we have found a bunch of things to fix and several of the current events have been expanded on in ways that are quite nice. @Shilo posts here on occasion if you don't want to join the games forum. I like the new process for fixing bugs that has been put in place by Spinner. Bugs that require a new game are fixed internally and ones that are not are released. I am expecting another round of beta with those fixes but I can't say if that is indeed what will happen.

Ok for those who don't want to use drugs and hypno to get the women, "Kissing" is a high level flirt and can not be use first.
Low level flirts like watching, grouping and handjob need to be use first before you try to kiss any NPC.
Just go through all the chat options and try all the flirt options till you find out what they like and once they become friends with your MC then add them to your phone and call them for chats.
Use the save option before you try any kind of sex including watching.

Pregnancy is in the game but the body morphs are not attach yet, only some of the women who "fall in love" with the MC can get pregnant. (This is as of 1.9.4-2008.) I will repeat only some of the women who "fall in love" with MC can get pregnant as of now, you will never see the babies though because it would add more NPC and drag the game down.
As of my new play through I have only 2 women in love with my MC.
I will see what spinner has to say about pregnancy and will report back.
The "Missing Girl" is one of them that can get pregnant but I have no idea which option you need to chose to get the pregnancy route.

You can say anything you want, but until the body or anything gets implemented completely, then the pregnancy it's simply non-existent in this game. Doesn't matter if it's in the code, if it's not showed then there's none of it.
And same question for the babies: if they are not there, then you can't label that as "pregnancy". So again, there's none of it, simple as that.

You just keep playing and it will happen.
You also need both "Corrupt" and "Slut" drugs/spray in your inventory.
