Crashes do seem to be caused by not playing in Japanese locale. Locale Emulator worked for getting past some consistent dialogue crashes.

The translation quality is... rather unusual. The dialogue is awkward and messes up the subject of a sentence quite often, but it has mannerisms you'd expect from a fluent speaker, like using "holup" for some biker delinquents' dialogue or translating licking sound effects as "mlem". I wonder if this was AI-translated, or assisted?

Idk I feel like the key difference is when the main character doesn't have a choice in the matter and is helpless to do anything about it. That's the component I feel that gets a lot of people heated about it. That's not the case in this game.

I've only played one mission, so far in it: The girl is kidnapped and gang-raped by monkeys, with potential bad end where she gets addicted to monkey dick forever; you team up with a loli crab girl to rescue her, who you get one sex scene with; then you beat up the monkeys and have sex with the girl in front of them to assert dominance, while she screams that she loves you more than monkey dick.
