I hope the Henteria games one day get a remaster edition with actual sex scenes and art (3D or something like NTR Knights animation could be good) but as it is now the h scenes with little RPGM people just aren't doing it for me - might as well have been stick people drawings for how erotic they are.

Well if you can jack off by grinding two funko pop figurines together then by all means, be my guest.
Personally I love the game, the writing is really good that even just the sprites is enough visuals to be jerkable. I'm a huge fan of corruption and henteria hits it spot on how I like it. Personally I prefer the 1st one over the 2nd game. but I love them both and no CG is needed the writing is good enough imo

Yeah the writing is way above the NTR average, otherwise I wouldn't have cared. But the RPGM porn animation is a very niche taste, and I think the games could have been classics with some better h scenes.
I know im very late to this. But i just want to get these thougthts out. THis game is freaking weird. It's not BAD in fact if your into NTR the scenes can be quite hot. But the problem is the game clearly wanted to have a deep and interesting story and world. But stuff got messed up along the way. I mean once you start to reach the endings the game becomes kinda...It's hard to describe but you can feel and notice cracks in it.
I honeslty feel that the games core problems come from that it was a paetron update based game. Beacuse once you recall that. And that peoples feedback was a factor in things. A lot of issues become pretty understandable.
It all really starts and forms around Celis. Just...Celis.

BTW the stuff with the mom was pretty much handled well. Has some hiccups but at least with her things feel...better and more conisistant i think.

I think the endings are the worst part of everything, because most of the points you've shown could be fixed in them, but it only gets more frustrating, but not frustrating in the sense of NTR, frustrating in the sense of incomplete, the game is so long and yet some things were left out or poorly worked on, about it being because of the patreon system, it's a good question, but I don't think that was it, the biggest problem was Celis' character herself, she's not a good heroine.
It's still one of my favorites ever, there are few NTRs that make me feel really betrayed.
I fully agree with all that your saying. Twrods the end of the game a lot of issues start popping up. Stuff just feels like...Skipped over or brushed past or rushed. There isn't even the big 'Wait you KNEW/Saw us!?' moment where the MC confronts the girls NTR/cheating/Betrayal.
Probibly beacuse of Celis.Cause i mean. What on earth could you even have her say or DO in that situation? there is littealry no good responce or satisfying way to have it play out. The mom obviously has the reaction of shame, regret and trying to apologize or even make an excuse. But Celis?
You can't have her apolgoize and feel sorry or regret or feel ashamed. Beacuse that's hard countered by the sheer SCALE and volume of the crap she pulled/did. Her trying to say she's sorry or feels bad or even apolgoize would feel extremly hollow and fake due to all she did.
You can't have her get defensive or turn it around on him or in anyway try to give excuses or defend her actions or get mad and blame him. Beaucse again. THEY CONFESSED TO EACHOTHER.And she knew for a FACT he loved her back fully and wanted tobe with her and she STILL was doing the NTR and betraying him in just. the most awful and degenerate of ways. Beacuse that would break her entire characteizatoin of being a pure, naive tomboy type.beacuse a corruption arc for her was NOT properly set up or followed through on. And it would make the previous NTR scenes ring hollow knowing this is how she is.
You can't even haveher refuse to respond and just walk away to go back to the guy she's cheating with beacuse even THAT would feel out of character for her to just do for obivous reasons.
She's a complete mess of a character where you can tell the developer just. Had no idea what to do with her or what to define her character as or how to properly end her story or what would be satisfying beacuse she's just...Funadmentally broken.
And it spreads to the endigns and last arcs of the game. Stuff just kinda feels...Rushed or haphazardly patched together through mulitple ideas that could ofbeen great but were not fleshed out.
And it's such a shame beacuse so much about this game is very high quality and the story and world building is so well done...Up to a point at least.

As i said before. The NTR ending is fine. Conistant. Clearly planned from the start. The revenge one too most likley.
The remaining 2 however feel like the developer had no idea how to end stuff with her and kept trying to fix what was broken but failed to adress the core issues for thehappy one.
But what we got in 'true' was pretty acceptable. For the most part.
Again i blame this on it being a paetron game and having to do updates with meaty sex content. It...Did more harm than good i think. Had it been one long game made it once well...Maybe it would of had less issues that mar an otherwise pretty dang good game.

I disagree with that part looking at the new one. I don't know if you're playing 3 yet, it already has a much better and more coherent heroine, it's still in development but it's worth playing so far.

You say it’s better? I’m not really surprised if so. The dev clearly must of learn their lesson from celis which is good.
If you had to say which one seems like it may be better overall would you say that three is looking like it will be better than two?

Yes, the game is more complete with the addition of portraits, and the main heroine who is your gf and is MUCH better than Celis at everything. The plot is also more engaging and you're more interested in what's going to happen, and you're not just waiting for the H-scenes (in 2 at one point I just wanted it to end soon and just wanted to see the lewds), The villains are also another very positive point, they're better and with more personality than just (I want to fuck you, you bitch). On the negative side, I don't think the other heroines are as good as they could be, and the game lacks milf, the one it has isn't biological and isn't important to the game's plot.

You certainly peaked my curiosity. If you’re willing, could you perhaps give a bit more information? Not a lot just a general rundown or a few bits of info on what makes the new love interest better than cela and why the new villain is better.
Does this one perhaps tone things down a little and slow down the girls progression of the NTR and having her not go so far so quickly perhaps?
Also, if I can ask I would like to hear your own personal thoughts or breakdown on the issues you have with celis or the game as a whole.
As long as you’re willing. I can tell that we mostly agree, but you have some differing opinions and some of your comments about her were quite interesting to me and I don’t want to forget to ask if you could expand on them and explain a little.

Rose is better than Celis because she's already his girlfriend, her personality is better and she takes action and has her own desires, she's not just a dumb piece of meat that's used as cumdump
About the villains, I like it better because here it's a much bigger and immersive plot, Duke makes sense and you can even agree with him sometimes, we're talking about a war for powers.
She's a bland character that I couldn't empathize with, worse, she was one of the villains for me, she liked being cruel to Noah, she never did anything good for him and sometimes she was cruel of her own free will, and the worst thing is that she never repents in any ending, not genuinely.“This is only for you to learn how to satsify Noah. Really? Then I'll do it!” That was very funny bruh. She wasn't great nor interesting enough to keep the plot going for so long, but it was a problem from the beginning.
Apart from anything that's already been said, it's an incredible game that I thought about several times a day, masterpiece.

I forgot to answer that, yes the slow-burn is perfect and you feel change for change, at least on Rose.

Honestly I fully agree with what you said about her. This is the problem that I feel the game has. It has no idea how to treat her because it bounces between two different ideas. But seems to adamantly not want to let go of one.
Idea 1. Celis is a pure heated, but very naïve, easily manipulated girl.
And 2. Celis is corrupted and deep down is a slut and only pretends to be pure.
There is definitely more but I feel that that’s the core ones. The game constantly dances between which one she is supposed to be because it feels like to developer wanted to go in One Direction or the other depending on the update. But it completely makes her inconsistent. Which could’ve been fine. They could’ve explained that she was simply confused, misguided and insecure.
But they don’t. Instead of the game seems to adamantly hold onto the idea that she is a pure girl being misled and manipulated. Despite having her constantly commit actions that are just utterly…. Well as I said, they utterly hard counter that characterization for her because, she pretty much starts off at the very start doing cruel and degenerate, backstabbing sex acts.
And reveling in the pleasure. And the immorality of what she’s doing. Only till later turned around at random moments. And say how bad she feels about it. Only to then later be shameless and have no regrets or guilt.
Then later say how much she loves the main character and how everything she’s doing is for him. Then do something incredibly cruel and horrible to him and enjoy every second of it.
She is so all over the place. And this wouldn’t even be a problem if she just had a corruption arc, but she doesn’t. It can wind up taking you out of the experience because you have no idea how you’re supposed to feel about her.
And then when you reach the endings… I think that what’s going on in all of them even kind of the NTR one is that the developer is trying to assert the idea that she is truly in love with the main character Noah and that she is above all a victim that was taken advantage of.
Hence why every single ending pretty much put the kid gloves on for her and does not want to punish her in any real way. The mom is perfectly OK, but for some reason, not Celis. Completely ignoring that you know she’s a widow and she’s not fully recovered from losing her husband and is vulnerable and doesn’t even learn the truth of who killed him until it’s way too late?
But when you look at each one, you can see the problem. NTR nothing wrong with that one. It’s pretty much what you would expect.
The revenge ending is incredibly strange and tonally inconsistent. Like seriously….a gay bandit? Really? That’s how we get rid of you know who? It feels like it’s trying to be both really dark and serious and also a comedy at the same time. But the problem with that is… basically nothing bad happens to her?
She basically just goes from being the sex toy of one guy to another except one put a more overt collar on her? She doesn’t even seem to mind much and it doesn’t even seem to really click with her that this is entirely her fault and the person she claimed to love is dead and gone because of her cruelty and many betrayals. She’s pretty much fine.
Happy ending is just…What? Why the heck does he want to still be with her? There is literally nothing about her that is not utterly defiled and tainted. For some reason, she basically immediately loses all care towards the guy she was doing the NTR with with like zero hesitation. She’s literally let off Scott free here.
And then the true ending has her big noble sacrifice and coma. Where she doesn’t really…. Lose anything?
All these endings have the same problem and none of them want to punish her. Each one seems to try to frame her as if she’s a victim when she is blatantly not. She was a very much and a clearly a willing participant. At multiple occasions that she knowingly did something because she knew it would hurt Noah and enjoyed it.
But if it feels like the developer did not want to let go of her initial characterization because… reasons? She basically dragged the whole game down with her honestly.
Pretty much everything else about it is top notch and incredibly good. Except for her she’s like this one black mark on it.
