Secondly check what big players in "industry" give in theirs patreon (for example Fenoxo 32k or Savin 25k) for 5$ you get everything the game has to offer
Comparing niche genre indie RPG maker dev to "big players" is plain wrong. You don't compare your local shop to Walmart/Lidl/Costco. N_taii products are niche and are aimed at certain people, not the whole audience, and that's why he has smaller but more loyal fanbase.
In terms of patreon i would support you if you give everything for 5$ (everything game vise - vote power etc no).
So you are gonna support the dev if he'll give you more for paying 5$? I'll just say this, you have some devs providing more content and some less, some people have better output some don't, I don't remember how voting is set up for N_taii, but I'd suggest giving 5$ people 1 voting power in the polls 9$ people 2 voting power, and 20$ people 4 voting power.
Some sugestion if you really want to go full time job on this.
You need to remember that going pixel anime route is cutting you already of some player base. See the whine about cg in this thread. Next going full ntr route cut next portion and not having any significant game loop cut you again.
And that's why people love this game, it's original, you have hundreds of game in RPGM with CGs + non-ntr + loop, and almost none with pixel animations + ntr + good story(not crappy loops) I personally disliked bigger non-pixel animations used in first game, and found it as wasted investment from him, because it was breaking my immersion, and therefore we have better quality pixel animations. And I personally hate loops.
Give players some choice. Again look on big players here. CoC or TiTS, you can play all sort of chars dom, subs, male, female, futa, straigh, gay, bi etc. I mean for example on the beginning you choose if pc is fuckboy or cuck. Then in every h-scene or almost every try to think about clever way to let pc fuck the girl.
If he'd add pure non-ntr content, updates would be way smaller and crowd which he gained over months would dissipate, because he's not providing the content they want, same if you include futa,gay content, every added piece of content means less of core(ntr) content, making his current core base unhappy, and yeah maybe if he'll add CGs, make loops, add futa,gay,non-ntr he will get more people, but that's betraying his current audience, which is SLOWLY GROWING.
After all games are defined by players interraction. Your game looks more like a movie.
And that's what we like, we interact and go through the story, being guided by the dev.
Why not to go with evil protag route? You fuck and then give females to others tribe members.
My reasoning is still the same, I wouldn't pledge if he'd change core concept of the game (NTRPG) everytime I see people telling devs "add this, add that" I'm thinking, and what the hell happens to the core stuff? If dev focuses on different things, he obv will lower the amount of core content, and that would piss his core fanbase. "Oh yeah guys, this month there will be a lot of futa and I will add evil protag route content" do you know how many people would unpledge for that month, and where do you find audience boost?
I really dislike your ideas, you are basically telling N_taii to change his game, and by doing that he'll make more money, instead of doing what he likes and what this market is missing, since there's no other NTR Pixelart patreon dev, he currently has monopoly, and by delivering better and better quality in that area, that's how you grow the genre, not by betraying fans you gathered over months of development.
I'll give you and example, I was pledging to this dev infidelisoft when he was developing Swing&Miss (Moral degen/NTR/swinging) game, and his next game became unavoidable futa main protag and I immediately unpledged, so did a lot of his patrons, now he has way smaller corebase, and not really gaining support.
You should just tell N_taii to swap from NTR to pure love romance genre with CGs, coz that would bring him more money.
