Yes, she is most likely the entity connected to/inhabiting the statue in the cave. She is also very likely to be Celic's mother, though neither is aware of this.
I would strongly advise to play the game rather than jumping around save files and be solely reliant on this forumthread to provide context/explanation.

Mmm question but do you plan to have the sidequest have consequences for the ending? Like the ending changes depending of if you finsihed all sidequest lines or not, not talking about good, ntr and bad endings like in the first games.
I am not sure myself exactly what i would like to see or how, it could be just scenes aditions or small changes, maybe even something like dragon age where the epilogue is divided in sections and each 1 has its own ending?.
And maybe some especific endings depending on each storyline, like a joke ending where depending on what you do in Solana's quests (wether is doing them all or just doing some, etc) where the great Squezething turns out to be real (wich if i remember the lore of Henteria isn't out of the realm of posibility) and saves the day, or not, no idea if it would be good, evil or crazy xD; this is just an example
Speaking of each storyline I am assuming even if I "fail" the quest they still happen, how about in at least that case the ending do change a little bit (even if only dialogue) or you add dialogue with Erinth and the little kid to say they did the quest basically?

Well, it depends on the ending. For example, NTR and non-NTR will have a freeroam part where you can either see repeatable scenes if you are playing the NTR ending or take part in scenes if you play the non-NTR one. What scenes you can find depends on whether you have finished the side characters' storylines or not.
For the True/Revenge ending, they will be back to back cutscenes and I don't really plan on having many changes for those. Maybe in the text, but not much more.
I don't know about giving birth really, but I have commissioned a bunch of edits for the sex animations and characters' sprites where the girls are pregnant. They are done and only need to be implemented in-game for when the time comes : ) So you can at least be sure that pregnancy won't only be implied, but shown as well.Really hope to see this as well. I get that it's hard to animate a woman giving birth, but Aywin could certainly be shown holding Zeno's bastard. Perhaps even breast-feeding him. And the same with Celis. I don't know if this would interfere with the rest of the story I'm sure you would have penned down by now, so feel free to take this recommendation with a pinch of salt.
What does non-NTR mean btw? Would the MC returned to an earlier time before the NTR of Aywin and Celis even began or would it mean just mean no further NTR?

Well, the main issue is that the artist has already got a lot of other things to do for both HC2 and HC3, so I can't really pile up new commissions for different animations one after another. Besides, I had planned for the ending to happen while they are pregnant, but I hadn't really thought about adding yet something else for after the women have given birth. For now, I'll go with what I have planned, and I'll see if I have enough time left to add anything else, but I can't really promise anything.
About non-NTR, it's just Noah having a happy ending with everyone, but nothing too brutal for Edwyr or Zeno.

What about the revenge ending ( •̀ᴗ•́ )و ̑̑? I hope there’s something broootal awaiting Zeno n Jr. there. Preferably the whole frikkin tribe except protag and the whamen.

I was prefering an ending where aywin had another son and talked about it in front of mc rofl
I must say that I really like the idea of Noah managing to save the ones he cares for while the others suffers the horror of the war they wanted and planned but lose.
It is bad for everyone else who gets involved in it but still. The villain "gets their way" but it ends terribly for them. Certainly a different kind of revenge but it has its charm.
It would also be perfectly fine for Noah to win/end the war in its early stages, through cunning or compassion, and gets hailed as a hero while the others suffer some other fate. Zeno being humiliated, battles he presides over being colossal failings or such, and losing all support ending in jail or some such. Even better if this happens despite/because Noah being daemon empowered (the power Zeno thought would be his).
