You said it, the whole story has been leading up to a potential war (keyword being "potential"). All I wanted to point out is that what players expect to happen, hasn't happened yet, not that it will definitely happen. I don't know if that makes any sense?^^
Besides, remember there is more than one ending ; )
Oh, how I wish I could make a game like that! But if everything goes well, I have a lot of years ahead as a game dev. If the studio grows to a decent enough size, anything can happen^^
I could tell you, but you'll have to buy the "Reveal DLC" for an extra 9,99$ first. The DLC can only be downloaded on your phone though.

My bet is that 1 of the endings (could be neutral or bad, depending on players perspective i guess), Zeno gets exactly what he wants, a war, and everything goes to shit in some way, could be they lose or he is suplanted somehow, personally i would prefer if they lose because he proves himself a poor leader and his policies fail expectacularly (so far from what i have played a merchant has already hinted his policies have affected comerce and there are shortages, or there will be) or the MC proves himself a hero and takes over somehow (wich could be the official or 1 of them) good ending even!
Ans yes stay positive!! I think you have the right minset to make a game like that wich is really important.
If the Nurian empire really are what the author has shown them to be so far, I think they’d have no problems crushing a bunch of drugged up hillbillies. They should have their own intelligence agency and specialised teams to deal with an army of potion users. Not to mention that if just a handful of tribe elves can manage to stabilise the effects of the herb, it shouldn’t be too much of a task for the Nurians to do it as well. The only way I see the tribe elves having any success is if they hit really really fast and hard, shocking the Nurians completely.

Towards the end especially (besides, I'm not sure NTR counts as "vanilla"). By downloading the game, you also get a PDF file in the game folder with a list of all the scenes in game. Its main use is to figure out what save file goes with what scene, but you can use it as a kind of spoiler file to check out exactly what kind of scenes there are.
So is this game finally complete?
Been eyeing it for a year now and I intend to try it out. Hopefully it is very good. Text based porn games or games with sprites alone usually aren't worth the time unless the text is very erotic.

Whats the ntr in this game? Something like: "A bad guy corrupted and stole my girlfriend." or something like "There is a girl in town, i dont know her name, never spoke to her, dont know anything about her, but I like her and another dude fucked her first. Now she is his girlfriend."?
Not done yet, I'm afraid. I'm currently developing the 1st ending (out of 4, maybe 5) of the game as we speak, and since I intend to develop both HC2's endings and HC3's demo at the same time to reduce the waiting time between the end of HC2 and the beginning of HC3, it might take some more months before the game is finally complete.
Something along the lines of your first option. Although, since there are 5 girls in total, the level of involvment of the MC with each of them is pretty varying. But for the two main girls, one is the MC's own mother, and the other one is the love interest who the MC has known and lived with since they were children. There's actually a whole intro to get a better insight into their relationship.

Oh man, the more this gets update the more i'm afraid to continue play it. Cuz i dont want either very pleased by the NTR and sad because of the NTR, like what NTRPG2 did to me, ;-;

I think it's in update 12, so next month on F95. Meanwhile the save games in the folder lead to all the non-extra sex scenes.
