There is nothing set in stone for the other characters yet, I have a few ideas, but I'd rather not focus too much on it for the time being. I'd like the other main girl to have a strong personality, maybe working in the army as a city guard? And maybe a side character being of another race. A gnome, perhaps?
I am happy as long as the "main" girl is the girlfriend of the MC, a little advice is that you don't need to have them being a couple from the begining, in fact if you use the prologue to set them up it would be great, while also have them acting as lovers after the fact.

I would love to see a woman with a strong personality, who is emanicpated and maybe a bit political active. But please not a soldier woman. I really dont like man-like woman. Modern woman have strong personalities are against chauvinism in a man-dominated world but the crux is that most of them still are women underneath even if they act really strong because if they want to achieve something in this man-dominated world they really need to be double that diligent and intelligent and active. So I would much rather want her to be a bit lady-like on the other side (a bit like you did with Lady Eleonora). Maybe make her a lawyer, that would be something unique, or a noble mistress, or a member of the city-board or fuck even a teacher if you want to go with something more usual. But please no soldier-woman^^ And then something underlining her emancipated, strong personality would be scenes where she is really invested in political correctness and so on. But as I said still a classical women and lady underneath. A living contradiction so to say. A women against the existing social structures and roles but in a way deep down still bound to that roles. And then I would find it reaaaally hot, if she gets ntr'ed by a real chauvinist who gets her back into that role she despises. Out of her intellectual, intelligent side into her animalic one. And makes her that woman, that she herself doesnt want to be and hates to see in other women. Those women that are just okay with beeing the role that is given to them. Thats something I would really die for to see.

my personal favorite would be a female lawyer. Anything connected with fighting and warriors has a male touch for me. I guess with Lady Eleonora it was alright cause she was more like a goddess who just kinda snipped her finger and the enemies would vanish. And in the main story she was more like a noble mistress never really fighting or showing her godlike valkyrie-side. Celis on the other hand always was a youngster who trained but never really was part of the army or fighting in any way (sometimes scuffing a bit with Edwyr but thats it). I think the only real warrior woman in her appearance was Neve (due to the armour she was wearing) and I have to say for me this was the worst side character in HC2, albeit due to other reasons.

Real women at least in the onedimensional world of porn where the view on a woman is very prejudiced fight with their wits or their clits and not weapons.
Actually, I wanted to have her a lot blander at first, especially when it comes to her overall appearance. This way, I can better showcase her corruption over the course of the game. She'll be pretty masculine in terms of personality at first, having to make a name for herself in a male-dominated line of work, which will change along with her corruption.
I think I see what you mean. You did quest 40 before doing quest 25, and Belanor's still sprite from after doing quest 40 is blocking the way of his "clone", right?
