It's not even that high of a drop and he could have easily just hopped into a nearby tree. I am honestly hoping N_Taii keeps Leto as competent as he's been presented so far, the last thing HC3 needs is for Leto to turn into Noah.
I agree, Noah was kind of slow and naive a lot of times, I don't know if it was exactly like that but I remember a scene where Noah discovered some potions or something that gave me power to Zeno (was that the name of Aywin's antagonist no?), and instead of taking more potions as evidence and taking them to the village as proof or even to the authorities he left them there confined in that magically Zeno wouldn't realize that Noah discovered his plans and might rat him out.
I like Leto more as a protagonist because he is more intelligent and competent, and possibly already suspects that something is going on behind his back (proof of this is one of the dreams he has).
Like you I hope he keeps that personality throughout the game, obviously there will come a point where he has to be naive (otherwise the game loses some fun) but I trust that N_taii will know how to keep the character's personality.
Honestly, even though I didn't like the revenge ending in HC2, I'm looking forward to see how that ending will be this time with a protagonist with more personality.

I mean, it would make sense in theory given his whole backstory, but we haven't really seen that much at all from him, at least based on what I can recall off the top of my head. His whole introduction with Sergeant Alys actually drives home the point that he isn't possessive. There's an argument that he would feel differently about Cyanna given their personal connection because she is special compared to someone like Alys, but have we seen any instance where that was actually tested?
I do think it is a pretty safe bet that it will turn out to be true given what started this conversation — that N_taii wants the focus to be each girl's antagonist — but I just don't think it has been established yet and acting like that is already baked into his character as some core trait that just makes it impossible is more a matter of personal preference than anything.

We haven't seen an instance where it's tested, but he doesn't treat Cyanna anywhere near as poorly as he does Alys. Alys is a toy, something he can play with and discard, then only return to if he needs something from her or has a reason to remind her of her position beneath him. Cyanna isn't necessarily special but I'd wager she's more along the lines of personal property to Ulrod. He's not in this situation for Alys she's just something to jizz in when he feels like it, he is, however, at least partially in this situation for Cyanna. There's a very good chance that the Duke chose him not because of his competence but because he knew that Ulrod had it out for Cyanna and having a guard captain subjugated by her commander on a physical, sexual, and emotional level would mean that the Duke would control the city guard outright. So because Ulrod is specifically obsessed with Cyanna I'd wager there's a very good chance he won't let anyone else touch her unless it's either to establish his dominance over her or because someone is establishing their dominance over him.

Im 100% sure it'll happen later in the story, the whole sharing option is way too open with her being surrounded by a barrack of men, im not saying it'll happen in the next couple of updates but it will happen its just a matter of time.

No shot, it's a month from the $5 patron release which was this monday on the 3rd of July. The Public version for Update7 will probably be released on the 3rd of August or best case scenario, which i find unlikely, N_Taii releases it 1 month after the original release date, which would mean the 28th of July.
Considering N_Taii came out and stated that the leaks have cost him 20% of his patreon income, I'd wager the updates are probably going to be slower to leak at least for the first month or two, what happens after his September break is up in the air.
I'm not saying it won't happen, I'm just saying I don't think it's likely based on Ulrod's portrayal so far. HC1 had no sharing and HC2 kept the sharing within the main duo of villains and I expect HC3 to be much the same. Honestly, if any sharing is to happen I'm expecting it to either just be Ulrod and the Duke swapping, or the Duke exercising his position of authority over Ulrod and demanding a run on Cyanna. In my mind the ultimate NTR ending would be the Duke taking all four of the women for himself and satisfying them better than their partners were. As not only does that NTR Leto, it also NTRs the partners of Haylen, Cyanna, and Lily. Which would honestly be hilariously satisfying and well within the Duke's established personality.

You know, I might not fully agree with your assessment of Ulrod's portrayal so far... but I am morally obligated to support any suggestion that leads to a Haylen/Duke pairing.
Ok I don't know if this comment is considered advertising or spam to another game, so if it bothers someone or N_taii I can delete it, but I thought it was curious to share this game because you can tell it's inspired by N_taii.
I just found a game called Inatari Tales - The corruption of the Village and its description caught my attention because it was the same as HC, so I tried it a little bit and I realized that the developer was very inspired by the same gameplay that N_taii uses.
As I said I hope this comment won't be taken as advertising or spam, but I thought I had to share it because I feel very happy for N_taii because his work is starting to inspire other people to start developing their own games.

Again, unless Inatari Tales directly states it I don't believe it was inspired by Henteria Chronicles. They are very, very different in terms of content and art style.

I didn't play the game itself but i saw the thread a while back and when i was checking the preview images i saw this one and my first thought was "This is Ulrod's Office a 100%, the only things that are missing are the pictures of the king and the queen" xd
The game looks cool by the way but i think that i'm gonna wait until more content is released for it before acutally playing it, supporting 1 person on Patreon is plenty enough as it is, i gotta draw the line on how much i spend on porn xd
