Longer time between updates is not the solution. What you're suggesting is that N_Taii take a step onto the slippery slope that all crowd funding creators are tempted to slide down belly first chasing after a ball made of money. They're already more or less on a "I'm done when I'm done" schedule that just so happens to take 6-7 weeks, which is a good length between updates given the complexity of the HC series. What should happen is that either the sidequests aren't optional next time or they should be replaced by less important content. Basically if I were developing HC3 the four main women would all be involved in the main quest getting scenes along the way, though a larger percentage of scenes going to Rose and Cyanna to keep their relative importance to the core plot intact. The side stories would be lessened in number and upgraded to side quests. So, say, the fishmonger and his now prostitute wife would be a quest line you follow throughout the game that you could skip if you want to, but it would have a few steps added per update. The HC games could benefit from a more structured development.
As someone who actually has professional game development experience my go to solution for most of the woes suffered by solo projects like HC, not that I really think the HC games have "woes", is organization.

No, you're gonna fantasize about making a game many people love when you can't make anything anyone would even glance at. You know N_Taii reads this forum and you want him to see how you're a professional and smart boy who knows how to develop games. You weren't putting forth a hypothetical of how you'd release updates of your own game. You put forth "if I were developing HC3". You are the biggest phony here.
It's not NTR only, but any and all sexual activities featuring the MC will happen late game long after he's been well and truly cucked because of the focus on NTR and corruption. So if you're looking for a game with a main character that's not a victim you're looking in the wrong place.

Yeah, I'm pretty damn intrigued by that update. First, blurry or not that looks like a new CG that exemplifies a major shift for Rose. Kinda expecting she somehow either goes full slut or she and the duke fuck until they run out of condoms and she can't resist taking it raw. Obvious expectations, I know, but it'll be interesting to see what route N_Taii takes. This really drives home how much I prefer to main updates over the side ones. Second, it's just a fun image.

No. What I'm saying is that the HC series tend to follow a progression and Rose is in the position to move onto creampies and anal sex next. Whether it's one or the other next update I don't know, but I wouldn't expect pregnancy simply because it's the kind of thing that takes time. We could get it at some point but I'd wager it'll be saved for one of the endings.
If anyone is getting knocked up it should be Haylen since it was brought up in update 15.

We know that the peacekeepers are powered by sexual humiliation, so I wonder if the Duke is making Rose wear those condoms under her clothes or even around the manor in front of the other guards or maids. It could be a situation where Leto is in danger again and Rose is pushed to a further extreme than just sex... Or maybe she even suggests it this time, trying to 'take initiative' and control from the Duke.
Either way, it's a really cool piece of art and I just love how Rose's breasts sag. It sounds like a silly thing but so many artists and designs have these infinitely perky breasts, which just shows how much time they spend around real women. The first thing you learn about large breasts is that they sag without any support. It makes Rose much more appealing physically to me (not that she wasn't before!), and I'm hoping we can get similar pixel-CG for the other girls at some point. I know the first game had large-scale pixel animations but those weren't that great. I wonder if a sweet spot can be found...
Maybe have it be similar to the X-ray animations that pop up? A small little bubble that shows a more detailed view of what's going on.
Is it sexual humiliation? The duke has put Rose through plenty of sexual activities that she wasn't humiliated by. If my memory serves in the scene in which the duke first brings the amulet to Rose's attention he phrases it something along the lines of "sexual energy" not "sexual humiliation". I'd say it has less to do with Rose having to be humiliated and more to do with Rose getting off on certain scenarios in which she might be humiliated. Take the scene in which the duke insists she remove her panties while on a balcony waving to her subjects as an example. It's not the humiliation that causes the amulet to charge it's the fact that Rose gets off on it. I think we might be overthinking things... again.
I can't quite remember. Maybe I should replay the game! And you're right, maybe we are overthinking things. No shame in that... Part of the fun.
In hindsight I can't quite remember how they're powered, so I think you're right in that it's just sexual energy. Regardless, it's a very big step for Rose and one I'm quite excited by. Hopefully we get a few main quest updates back-to-back. Haylen and Lily have come so far, and the two main girls could do with getting into a properly corrupted state.
