That really depends on your choices.
Pretty much everything the MC does in terms of intercourse depends if you want it to happen, including her husband's advances.
Additionally you have multiple chances to steer her into cheating, lesbianism and a lot of incest.
It is on the verge of sex with several interests, some already established.
Corruption is initiated through her husband influencing the MC and from the MC influencing LIs.
And maybe one of the first LIs, but I'm not sure Vera counts as a corrupting influence in this regard.
All in all it is on the more wholesome side, except of course the possible cheating of your MC.
Oh and the MC shows off a lot, so exhibitionism is definitely a thing, some open air scenes, and also some voyeur scenes between LIs.

URM could probably do it, works with most RenPy
