personally if everything continues as it is with each one with their own separated route, where they don't interact more than necessary, it would be great, if not, just lament and try to find another game.

S1 is the same. I did re-install Windows and had to reintall Renpy and so I have a newer version of Renpy...but I doubt that would cause the issue.
Try without any mods, just to make sure it isnt a mod causing the problem.

I'm glad you said this & are going to follow this path, I'm guessing that this is going to be the two main LI of the MC. I am of the small minority of the "Her Desire" fan base that would like to see a result of a pregnancy of the MC by Parker but I will not get my hopes up because of the Chloe factor. I'm sure there is a way to do it but it might be a nightmare to work in or write.

I am still excited with your commitment to develop Chloe & Parker further & will follow the "Her Desire" storyline to the end. Thank you for your hard work and the story of the MC.

I don't like "dream sex" in those games. And that scenario you describe don't have to be a dream. If you have almost no Brody points in your playthrough why something like that shouldn't happen...

I'm actually a few updates behind at the moment so is there actual 'sexual' scenes between the 4 (or specifically involving Felix/Parker) before you can get her solo? Or is just the start of a potential path between the 4 of them before you can knock it on the head and aim for Monica alone?

I would say (with the knowledge that I am behind) that if introducing a lesbian path, it should never, never be gated behind a hetero path. Ever. A few other VN's have/are doing this and it does not go down well (one is in the process of actually fixing this route though). Sure, dev discretion and story etc but folk play lesbian paths for a specific reason...and that reason is not to be involved with a male (unless on a complete slut/fuck everyone path which I also do play here as even paths I'm not terribly keen on I usually still do to see all the content lol).
