The character is Nozomi Moritomo from Rolling Girls. Found the gif when looking for something for waiting gif's and never watch the anime but did read a few chapters of the manga.

can't avoid that old man anymore?, I'm doing a lesbian playthrough and I had no option to avoid him.
You have to choose to continue his scenes at the beginning instead of skipping them and choose to not do anything sexual with him.
is it just me or is the gofile not correctly uploaded atleast the link ends in nirvana

Yeah the game seems to assume you did the old man scenes if you choose to skip his scenes when given the option at the beginning. But if you choose to continue his scenes but don't do anything with him. I don't get his scene at the end of the update.

well that sounds more like a bug, skipping it should count as not doing anything sexual, I mean there's a reason we're skipping it.
