Think I have got as far as 10.3 allows.
Excellent game, requires some thinking to progress, has lots of humour (has lots of porn of course).
Assume with either of the points raised that player incompetance may well be the cause.
One thing I might have missed, but it may have changed. Working at the bank. It was definitely there in an earlier version. But this time whenever the MC goes to see the Landlady in the bank they have the conversation where she thanks him about finding the Doctor. Any chance I've messed up something else.
And one suggestion, the MC can only shave while showering. The MC will only shower once per day. So if the MC showers early on in the day there is no access to shaving that day ?

I'm adding the bank back in. It will be part of the sissy line with the landlord. As far as shaving I'm planning on adding in waxing so you can go longer, but I got to add that in. Thanks!

Yeah after catching the girls in the dinner and telling the dude, he says he'll go to the detective agency but no matter how much I go there nor at what time of day, then I don't think he's actually turning up.

Finishing Diner quest
If you have told Jeffrey then the next weekday morning get appropriately dressed (normal work clothes) and you should be able to go to Missy's detective agency and go straight into Missy's office where you chat to Missy and Jeffrey

Hmmm. Not sure then, worked for me yesterday but I chose not to dob the girls in. If I've got a suitable save file I'll give it another go doing that.

Can't chat to Cecilia as she's not at her desk (I presume that's the name of the receptionist), she was strung up on that wooden cross last time I saw her.
Not a big deal I'm sure it'll get sorted out some point.

Yeah. There's a typo if you turn in the girls that doesn't let you in. If you want to send me your save file I can get you passed it. You can also type char.room(200); in the console to get into the room

This just took me to the reception (which took me a bit to figure out as I was already there so wasn't sure what was going wrong), using 200 instead of 203 fixed it though... though after that I got dragged to some girl's apartment because "I had nowhere else to go", but I did, once I left there I just went back home, not sure what that was about, feels like it thought that was supposed to happen earlier during that bit where you get kicked out of home... also then it started talking about makeup despite that seemingly being tied to the skilltree now (and not in game atm).
I don't remember getting to fuck one of the sisters, nor fist them (not sure if that's who's in the changelog though as I renamed everyone), but it says it's the end of content (well it says end of the sissy path, but when I chose to decline sissy school it told me it was a false choice and I had to do as that's what the game was built around, so I presume there's not actually another path).
Best friend was mad at me most of the game because I told her just to talk things out with her GF (surely the better option than going through someone's phone so that felt like a poor development)... I thought it'd correct once I could go to her bar, but nothing happens if you click on her there.
I spent the entire game bald, as that was the only choice at the barbers, I presumed the hair would grow back or I'd get more options later, there weren't, I even tried taking those hormone pills in case that was the trigger. Though I was shown as having a variety of random hair during scenes.
I hope something happens with having gotten the bimbo pregnant... though I found her very inconsistent about being home (and it'd say she wasn't even when she was in bed and you could go in and fuck her, or likewise on the couch).
The lust mechanic of fighting felt off, I've stripped them, got them horny, so then I lose?... surely they should lose then... was pretty annoying as I spent ages beating the gym woman down (and consuming a bunch of stamina bits to stay healthy) just for her to decide she was excited then it was over... also if you submit to her in the doggy position, nothing happens and I had to reload.
Some of the perks, even the ones not listed as not being implemented or a work in progress, like the "panties" one, didn't seem to be unlockable.
