There is no way to determine which quest you're currently running in Sissy School. Every time I go back, it tells me that I need to finish my quest. I have no way of know what I'm missing. This is a game breaker. There should be a quest tracker.

It sounds like you got the "turn them in" bug. You can either enter char.room(200); in the console hit f11. Or email me your save file and I'll get you there

I can't remember exactly which ones but some sissy perks are not yet implemented, I'm pretty sure there is some note to that effect.
Also I'm fairly sure I didn't get to activate any of the four you've mentioned when I last played through.
