Does nitro have a roadmap or something similar, or is it just announced what the focus of the next update will be? Curious to see when the main story will progress/when specific characters will have their routes continued

For a max NTR feel, you can choose not to genderbend Erin, ignore him in the next story arc and then do Cecille solo ending. That's pretty much the peak NTR route.
You can also do harem while ignoring Erin as well.

The game is structured so it accommodates quite a few tastes, but it requires some restraint not to play through all events just because they're available. Unless you're 'all the above' kind of person.

I have a roadmap/spec document that I made before starting the game.
The next update is going to be about finishing up the current story arc. There will be a unique H scene for Ceci, Sera, Elena and Erin.

Does Greta only show up for the one scene where you pull her to the side and tell her to not lose her shit over seeing Elena running around the town naked at night or is there more to her? Can't seem to trigger anything else aside from that initial scene where you beat her childhood friend and have a chat with her.

Funny how last patch the dev got shit on for having too feminisation content centered around Erin now its complaints about how its not centered around Erin or that the game is bad for having any femboi content at all. Looks like the dev can't win but I think the latest update was fantastic it fleshes out some the main cast.

For me I felt the Marika content really helps to make Sera more interesting as a character. Look no offense to the dev or Sera fans but I think she is too pure for this game overall and she would be a top tier character in another porn game but here I just don't think she has the same level of interest as the main cast. Marika addition really does add the potential for the revival of their people so I really like that angle it gives Sera a lot more depth and finally an ambition for her which she was massively lacking compared to Elena, Cecille, Lavinia and Erin.

My personal ranking for new NPC content.

1st: Marika (Shame how many will ignore her for being a femboi when from a lore point of view they have a lot to offer).
2nd: Jasmin (I really like her design and her development was fantastic. I hated what happened to her bf

3rd: Elena (Fantastic addition to her character I only don't rank her higher because she has already had good progress but she could be crucial to the ending even more so than Cecille herself. Elena might be my new favorite main heroine now.)
4th: Hilda and the Cult scenes (Very interesting from a lore point of view but due to what I wrote above I don't really like Hilda anymore as a character she is too fanatical. Without any decent justification at this point in the story. She is pretty much a complete lunatic after this update.)
5th: Lucia (I just can't rate her any higher due to her not adding enough as much to the story as the ones above but I always loving seeing more from the demon's point of view so this is still fantastic.)
6th: Yvet and Mum (It went full on Netorase and since I prefer Netorare there wasn't any bad writing but I am not a fan of focusing on the younger brother masturbating when Mars is in the middle of having sex with his mum and sister. If he isn't becoming part of the fun or another for Mars' growing femboi harem I am not that interested. Not bad writing at all its good its just my personal tastes not knocking anyone who likes this.)

7th: Gwen (This is by far the worst even though I haven't finished it yet can't bring myself to do so because the writing for the first time since playing the game was not up to the same quality of the rest of the game. I love the writing for this game it makes me keep coming back and I think this game hands down has some of the best written characters on this site as they have so many layers of complexity its crazy how good they are. However...

I admit I did read this part late at night because I failed to figure out the trigger to the next part of the story so if I read it wrong and someone else did it then ignore my rant. Also didn't like how Gwen was the least personal of Mars' conquests and it was done via cheating but I haven't finished the route yet so it could get better. Especially when Gwen couldn't find men of her equal it would have been more satisfying to have him personally corrupt her without assistance. However I do appreciate the dev's ability to create unique scenarios for each character.

Overall really good set up for the final part it was a really enjoyable update so thanks dev it was worth the wait.

I like gay content. I also see it as one of the ways you could lead towards a more traditionally happy ending but that's just me.

You have to keep in mind that most content in this arc is optional. It's possible to do only the Sera stuff and move the story along.
The Erin femdom stuff isn't necessary at all, and it's for those people that enjoy that kind of thing.

The gender bender option will occur when starting the next and final story arc. That's the normal progression.
Mars chooses Sera or Ceci, then later in the 3rd arc the option to gender bend Erin is introduced.
The femdom route is an alternate route to get there.

I think I said this before but NPC content doesn't make sense for Mars to do, it's just there because the player wants to do it. In the original spec document it was even more explicit than that with the bad end requiring corrupting the NPCs but I changed it in the end.
The NPCs are there to cover a situation/kink for variety's sake, it's up to the player to decide if they want to bother with each one. All of it optional for the story.

Let's think about it another way, if I were to reduce all optional stuff and try to adapt it into a linear story.
I would have Mars going from Ceci to Sera and probably end with Sera. Ignoring the temptation of NPCs and Elena as that stuff is illogical for Mars to do.

I can dumpster Cecille, thank god. Mars has an ability to expose the real nature of people. Sera was miserable but a good person, Elena was a major coomer but a good person, but Cecille? Her true side was an awful person.
