Really like games like this where you need to actively try and stop from getting NTRed and you get punished if you lose. Not a huge fan of the games where you need to go out and effectively get cucked by triggering events.

The answer is choice. Whether it happened or not is my choice.
I'm not afraid of the netorare to have to stay away from it completely and play a full on boring "pure" vanilla games.
I'd like for it to be there so i can not choose it and get the satisfaction of denying those would be stealer fuckers as most of them are designed as scums anyway.
Not to mention where there is ntr tag there are often ahegao, heart-shaped pupils, x-ray tag... I love those tags, they're hot but 95% of vanilla don't have them.
It's the risk too. If ntr is not there the romance has less meaning, but if it's there the romance is much sweeter for me.
Just like me playing Pronant Symphony, a game about the protagonist with mind-control power, and chose not to use it for rape or molest to reach good endings.
Being a badass good guy who refuses to do bad things despite having the means is much sweeter than having no choice and being rail-roaded into being a boring goody two shoes.

This game is surprisingly well done with its NTR elements. It is only really NTR, if you make it so. If you only roll for one girl. All the characters in the game will just think the player simply denied the other three and went for one girl. You can still watch the scenes of the other girls but then its more like Voyeurism and not NTR. Quite an interesting way to handle NTR.

There is a chinese web novel where the protagonist murders most of the members of his harem because at some point they betrayed him (without being ntr) or they made him ntr. But the problem is that this happens in the last 50 chapters of the 1000 that it has xD. Sorry for my english.

i mean it really depends. even amongst people who like ntr, there are differences. two of many, are the ones that see themselves as the MC or portray themselves as the character and imagine they're being cucked or their lover is cheating (if they're into that), while there are those that don't see themselves nor involve themselves or connect themselves to the characters, but feel the excitement of something that's forbidden by looking at the characters or a certain individual's lover do things behind that characters back, and basically they're kind of just like observing or watching how things play out. and there are many more. Just because someone likes ntr, doesn't really mean they are cucks, and a lot seem to not understand that XD
but there are those that as you say, the art is good, but hopes that ntr is avoidable. Me, of course I strive for the happy route, and that's gonna be my main save. however, it doesn't hurt to do a second playthrough and see how things play out with different choices
Wait there's really no vanilla harem ending (beside the cuck Harem)? I know it's getting repetitive but that's just a lost opportunity ! When you do a h game with a premise like this there's always an harem ending. Hell, if there's a ntr harem ending so why not ?
