You seriously overestimate how much Japanese people in general give any thought at all about the rest of the world.

Secondly, a Japanese production studio selling stuff "via a proxy country" is still liable if a Japanese national is able to purchase uncensored materials and import them. Considering the foreigner-actually-pays-money market (as opposed to pirating) for Japanese H-games is miniscule compared to the domestic market, it's almost certainly not worth the trouble to somehow setup an arms-length deniable uncensored-version publisher overseas.

Japanese politics are stagnant af and if a political party tries to change anything, they lose popularity. Swearing to keep things the same is the only viable stance, so archaic laws are fought tooth and nail to retain rather than making changes. Ch*ld P*rn (not loli hentai, but real shit) was outlawed in 2014 and even then they had to limit it to a ban on just the creation and sale of "hardcore porn". The chances of any decency laws changing regarding censorship are abysmally low.

There's nothing saying japanese devs can't sell and produce uncensored works hosted on international distribution platforms, but most simply choose not to out of either contract agreements, simplicity of dealing with only Japanese vendors, or outright xenophobia of non-Japanese customers (as most of the piracy of Japanese porn is done from countries outside japan). Most of these devs are small-time indie devs who don't know how to navigate the headaches of international releases so they censor it per japanese law and sell it on sites that take care of the distribution in its entirety.

I find it hard to imagine any political party anywhere in the world getting much traction with a "let's make hardcore uncensored porn legal" policy platform. Japan might be less socially conservative about adult stuff than some puritanical countries but I'd bet big money the law is not gonna change in a hurry.

If I remember correctly, the exact law states something like "no depiction of human genitals or sexual acts with visible human genitals". The censorship office bureaucracy chooses to interpret the law in a pretty lax way. That is, they allow in JAV buttholes are OK until you stick something in, then it becomes a sexual act. Or in some doujin manga that goes close to the edge of the acceptability criteria, just thin black lines to obscure the parts that make it obviously genitals is enough to get past. Other more mainstream manga or games (where the publisher is at financial risk if their stuff get banned) the publisher chooses to be much more conservative about the censoring.

There is a bug for one of the H-scenes concerning the re-collection room.

If you win against Aruna when she is training, a H-scene with her occurs. But the switch in the re-collection room for this H-scene is wrongly set when you loose against her (i.e. not when you win).

Attached, a fix for this bug: download, decompress and replace the "Map055.json" file in the "\www\data" sub-folder of the game (backup the original file first).

The fix is only useful if you've not already fight against her: after that, it's too late as the fight scene is not repeatable.

Which is not a real problem anyway, as you can still unlock all H-scenes in the re-collection room when you've finished the game.

I just got into the city after recruiting the third main character and had no defeat yet. Even though I should've for the h-event. I might start new just to see it. Who knows. yeah, I eventually figured it out myself after a while. his HP was probably set to 999,999 plus you were doing half damage to it.
