Oh .. .ups .. that is the escape scene at the end of 1st part .. when MC makes it to the exit .. they all come together ...
Thor and Stark stay behind to stave off the villains ... That is why Thor and Stark get inprisoned in the 2nd part ...

1. Use shift + d for debug console and look for a variable asociated with your money.
2. If this doesn't work, use unren and analyse .rpy files.

Easiest is to download unren and choose option 3 or you could find 00console.rpy in the renpy\common\ folder open it and change config.console = False to config.console = True
