My Inventory items: Box with dress for jenny , Falcons phone, screwdriver, tickets to gym, sleeping pills, invisibility, soda.
Idk what you would even use

EDIT: I got it. You have to "imagine something sexy" when cara goes to the gym. Eventually you'll get a scene of her using a vibrator

Put Falcon phone and invisible serum in your pocker. There will be option "Imagine something sexy" at night.

Same. I stack at the "Folow Cara at night" (restarted the game - same thing). Trying to use "ross_tik=1" command, but without the console i don't know how :\

press shift+o, might need to enable console by editing console.rpy.

Edit it and use the UnRen.bat tool - doesn't help

Well ,you can go to renpy folder and find the file "script"
copy it in the game folder
search inside:

you erase everything else, change the name to 8008135

that's been wondered since 0.6x when needed camera, serum and screwdriver when visited on harley's room.
