Means very little tbh. The creator(s) looked for free to use models that weren't ripped from a game. Its possible though but I don't see why he would start a brand new patreon.

I can't explain why she's partially clothed in the shower, but the MC does make some mention of activating a power dampening field or something similar when he first enters the apartment.
