Well this game is technically very good, very good renders, very good animations and realization, good writing, but i just cannot get into it. It feels boring as fuck, the MC is a boring spoiled guy, his father an asshole as usual, his friends are bland and annoying, even the girls look bland, i can't find them attractive either physically or humanly.
This VN looks like a perfect generic product That gives a great impression when you start to play it but then i fall asleep quite soon. I tried it twice, the first time at the first release and i was bored after a short time, and today i started it over because i really wanted to give it a chance but i fell asleep again. I don't know this game gives me a depressing feeling, nothing fresh and exciting and i start to skip and skip and then the sleep comes !!!

Solid update, I really enjoy the racing sequences. They are a lot more realistic than what some other projects have to offer in terms of lines, strategy, and defensive driving. Been enjoying the story a lot, got so many mysteries to unravel. Though I gotta ask, is Lumina a reference to a certian song?

Played the whole game for the first time and I really enjoyed it a lot. Good story, good mysteries and good characters on all sides, men and women. Really looking forward to more.

Shame to see a game so close to greatness falter so evidently in what most of the people playing it would consider their main reason for doing so.
To start, this thing looks immaculate. Renders are great, animations are superb (especially when vehicles are involved), music, UI, sfx (good use of what I'm assuming are AI voices, shame they aren't used more often); all of it is great. It's evident there's a lot of care in making the game slick and professional and a significant respect/love for the main subject, which is cars and racing. Also, a Mazepin reference. Unfortunate then, that they don't show the same interest in the women and the sex in the game. A game they chose to make pornographic when they could've chosen otherwise.
To start with, the girls. They are more realistically proportioned than is usual in this type of games. Faces too wide, foreheads too small, lips too thin, no gravity defying balloon tits, no pencil waists with dumptruck bums, etc. All the types of "flaws" you see in women IRL but rarely in this subgenre. But then, that's because the subgenre is porn VNs and what could've been a good decision to avoid the unrealistic (and often unsettling) plastic bimbos in these went a little too far and turned every girl in the game into a 6 or 7. And who would play a porno for 6s and 7s?
And then there's the sex. Most of it is animated (and well) but, like some other entries in the genre, they want their animations to do the heavy lifting in the scene and in turn forgo writing the actual scene to fit the plot and pornographic purposes. It's not like dialogue is completely absent during it (like in some other games) but it's not enough. There's small side problem that contributes to this in the MC (more on him later) but the main one is that there is no sort of build up to it at all. There's no romance (and the game's tone when it comes to sex is very casual tbf) and there's nothing to make up for it. No hunt, no tease, no tension, no spark. It's usually a small flirt between the girl (usually a new acquaintance) and the MC, a couple of lines during the act and a few animations. It's like "Here's some titties, here's some penetration.Don't talk to strangers, shoot them" There's no sensuality or sexyness to it. It's perfunctory. As if it's there only so you can call the game a porno. And it brings the whole thing down.
A (maybe not so) minor issue I also have with the game is the MC. It seems as if he's a victim of the author not deciding whether he's writing a slice of life (most common with pornos) or a plot-centered VN. What plot is there -is- interesting, even if it's mostly just set up so far but there's a number of completely plot-irrelevant scenes in this that serve to build up the characters and yet they don't. You end up knowing nothing about the MC. Yes, to start with he's a bit of blank slate, no issue with that and it's pretty common in SoL but at some point he needs to pick up a purpose. Hell, even a couple idiosyncrasies. We're 1 intro and 2 chapters in and all we know is that he loved his mom and hates his dad and he likes driving. That's nothing. And I can't believe I'm saying this but it's because the author isn't giving him enough of an inner monologue. The result is a character that feels like he's drifting through life and that what happens to him is merely a result of chance- and this includes the sex as well. And that's hard to relate to, even if you have a similar disposition.
That wound up being a bigger write up than I predicted and one that sounds overly negative for a game I liked but the main thing is I hope the project will improve because it has a ton of potential. That and that whoever picks up this game knows that it'll be rewarding if you're in it for the cars and not so much the girls.
