How to get all grace endings? I only got #1 & #7. Which one is Mia?

Mia is ending 8, fear ending with grace, no pyschology V
for how to the main category is rel/fear, pyschology V, Izumi threesome, cum in/outside, finance III
just mix and match
ending 1-5 is rel ending, ending 6-11 is fear ending

I have -technically- two questions.
1- I get weird vibes from MC's girlfriend, is she cheating on him?
1a- If so, is there a way to send her away (kick, leave, murder, send her to sanitarium for 30 years... all acceptable)?
2- I have weird feeling because there is no animation thus far.... buuut it is ~10GB game; do I miss something?

She's severely underdeveloped compared to the others and basically has "a bit of a drinking issue" as her sole defining characteristic. I think that once upon a time the dev had ideas for a path where she could turn dominant, but that was abandoned (or I'm getting games mixed up).
This may account for some of the weirdness you're picking up.
As others said, you're likely thinking of something else. Could be some of the SelectaCorp games, like the Corporate Raider series.

OK, you are second person that assures me about it... buuuut... we -accidentally- met a guy on our date and also she did not want to talk about him, she is avoiding sex, she also seems cold toward MC and she drinks a lot; 4 major evidences of foul play. I would start following her (or recruit a private eye) at this point IRL, TBH.
What can I say, my MC has frickin' jealous personality; I believe you nonetheless though.

if search doesn't bring results then post a request on proper subforum.
dl with download manager like jdownloader and use latest 7zip.
How you get the ending? After buying condo, I can have Grace ending but I can't find away to progress with izume.
