well.............. 1 game had stepsister which mc fucked once (optional) and that was 1 reason why dev lost his patreon page (got it back later). if patreon cared what happens at f95 then ~100% of renpy games would get booted from patreon due ic-patch.

All they would have to do is read the tags, and the booting could begin. They obviously don't have the time or inclination to do anything of the kind.

As regards the patches, the developers' defense is that they don't control what other people do with their games. But games with incest tags and no patch aren't bothered either. As long as the developers don't advertise or link to forbidden content on their Patreon pages or display underage girls, they are good to go.
