I really hope the last update was just a fever nightmare and mc just wakes up and everything goes back to normal....because this game has took a completely wild turn. I really liked the game at first and wanted nothing but the dev and the game to be a success. But it has turned into a complete shitshow. I hope he does something to fix this... I really do. Because this looks like a completely different game now. If you are going to do something dark at least do it a bit more gradually instead of dumping it all at once. At least make a poll before making such drastic changes to the game

Worst decision you could make. Asking people (and non-patrons at that) what they want is utterly stupid. If you were so afraid what people might think about you killing Queen you should have made a poll earlier where we could vote who is our favourite LI but that ship has sailed.

Reintroducing her to the story will either give you tons of work and the plot won't go forward (at least not at the pace previously set) because you will be wasting time on her OR she will be insignificant as if she was dead. Both options will be bad.

Also, just because MC saves Alex it doesn't mean she would spare the Queen. Why would this even make a difference if her brother's life was at stake and she was willing to kill her Queen (beloved by people) regardless of what she said?

Anyway, since you're so easily influenced then get rid of trap option for Alex. Giving her a cock is just a waste of time since 99% of players want her to have a pussy anyway.

Was with you till the end then you went and ruined your take lol 99%. People including me love Alex content and traps/futa is a big market having one character cater that way is a good thing, variety is the spice of life and it's nicely wrapped in an option as you acknowledge yourself.

I think the outcry from the death is fine and there are plenty of ways to fix it that can maintain the integrity of whatever is planned in the future. I'm all in favor of taking feedback but it's your story to tell and maintaining your vision should take priority over people pleasing. I will say maybe the issue isn't the death but pacing.

In my opinion I want to see more of is variety in dialog and some sort of impact from my choices and this honor system. Feeling a bit too kinetic given the way the game presents itself. Certain feature existing but not utilized, the dating sim style options for the girls feeling empty. Would be nice to see date options for the girls, use of the market, differing outcomes even if just small and dialog focused on how you choose to treat the girls. Some are feeling a bit empty on personality and that's a bigger issue to me than where you're choosing to go with the story. It's tough though could easily be too large in scale so this is just my hopes and criticisms as someone who really enjoyed what's here so far.

I think the story is mostly fine so far. I honestly don't mind fatalities, even of good characters, so long as it looks like the story is going somewhere.

My impression is unless some sort of story development along these lines happened we would have been trapped in a rather simple gameplay loop. I think this opens the door to the MC taking power in different ways.

Feels a bit cucked because the currently available story ends on a "lower down" part of the arc, but hopefully it'll have a satisfying finish.

I don´t like this update and i lost after this the interest in this game. There are many reasons why this game now is less interesting since the update.
You loose the Queen as LI, you loose the sister of the Queen as LI and you loose Alex as LI.
No way in hell you could build a relationship with 2 Traitors. And Alex also denies you a kiss. I lost my desire to have these 2 as possible LI´s.
And then there is the crippled MC. Yeah who wants to play in VN a MC that is just a liability? Sry this is the most turn off for me.
Also the MC Character building was very good to this point but now he lost just everything and after all this progress in story and character building it is all thrown away.
So this is just one Person opinion and maybe im a little sensitive. But for me it doesnt feel like a good game anymore.
I hope i am only one of few who will quit this game after this update because i realy liked it till this update.
I wish the Dev all the best in the future.

If a check says "Honor ≤ 4 required" that means your honor must be 4 or lower, not higher.

but this option will have any impact in the future or not?? there will be an harem path withoput having the girls to be displeased with each others?? Maia seems not that happy when i said her i will be with other girl in my first playthrough... i usually play honorable MC, will this cut me off from much content and many girls? thanks

But all of that + Alex's revelation + MC getting his hand cut off + him and main LI almost dying in a blizzard + trauma dumping, all happening so suddenly in a span of 20 minutes when the rest of the narrative was pretty chill for the most part (except those ultraviolent "him" options) created this kind of "whiplash" feeling, at least for me. Also I gather the sandbox sections established in the early game were abandoned if favor of the story progression, or will they come back later on?

I think the reason why people aren't happy with her dying without the player having any choice is because based on previous interactions between the mc and her it seemed like the queen was going to be a potential love interest as well, so no one was expecting her to be killed.

Like I said earlier, she used to be the character in the banner which is what drew me to the game, I assumed she would be the LI with the most content.

Seeing how closed off and shy she gets around the MC, I'm not even sure I can imagine her having sex with anyone.
Personally, I much prefer the story to continue with Alex finding her way back to the MC, the last man she felt relatively safe with.

The game turn suddenly in a different way, I thought we will still in the castle to train solders or have more mission and suddenly we are outside being a rebel, the plot just twisted so much like not having planned before and write what in the developer's mind when the time comes.
And I thought avery is a Li like the queen, which find out she is the finally boss and the queen is dead, what a twist...
