That's why people consume fiction - they like to get attached and feel emotions in the context of fiction. It's not real dude. If people feel it's good. They killed off Aeris in FF 7. I hated that too. I remember thinking Tifa is too popular, but maybe Aeris is gettable. She was 'my girl' in my mind then DEAD.. Aggghh! But it was a good move.
Rebecca could have been that but she doesn't really seem to want to be femdommy.. The story wants you to turn the tables on her. The chick in charge might have been a candidate - lacking the massivehugetits but that's no problem if she's got the demeanor.

I'm not interested in the queen. Which doesn't mean I'm happy she's dying. In fact, from what I've read about this update, I think I'm going to skip playing it because all it's likely to do is annoy me, and honestly, I'd rather play something that I can like.
I still have hope for some femdom scenes with Rebecca. She had some scenes that was going that way to start the game or teases. She asked what we liked before that one game, based on dominance and submission.
Looking at the poll on Patreon, the overwhelming votes are to rework the content so the queen can be saved. So waiting for that update at the least is a good move.

I mean, I am not sure about being a love interest, but you could end up making her a slave, so you could still have content with her in the future.Everyone complain about the ending of the queen, but no one cares about avery not being a Li anymore.
Or you could just have someone save the queen off screen since we never actually saw her die. Creating a new character to fill the void of a different character isn't going to work
Those are the only two things that happened this update that I have a problem with. Everything else was fine.
