If you need a step-by-step guide, then Start/Continue opens a prompt to start new or start from update 49. No matter which options you choose it just opens a prompt to enter a patreon code, not entering a patreon code tells you "Wrong code!" and the only option then is to close the prompt, which just keeps you at the main menu.What are talking about
Might be a bug, first time seeing it, what you can do is delete everything here (in the folder) \Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\HitomisSickPleasure-1649628230 and in the folder with saves HitomisSickPleasure-0.49.1-pc\game\saves and everything should be fine.
Or just simply play on

YW, Idk how u managed to lock the game, but it wasn't just the saves – it's persistent (aka settings). Since you couldn't start at all I told you to delete everything in the folder, but probably resetting the settings was enough.
Okay, the Cuck route is actually going in a very interesting direction. I don't think the potential we have in that route has ever been explored before, and the way it's going is turning me on extremely hard.
Generally, I like all the routes available in this game, since mom NTR is by far my favorite kind of NTR. Look at the BBC flowchart in the FAQ, take slave route (but be sure to pick peek and push), after that, look at the three choices on the right bottom and do the opposite choices.Great game

I'm a bit late with the status this time. Just a lot going on in real life, and I wasn't completely sure about the release date. But it seems I'm managing to get everything done more or less on time.
The update expected to be released around December 14-15.

I don't do animations, I'm not promoting or advertising anywhere that the game is animated and there's no 'animated' tag anywhere. The only thing that's animated is the small scene with shadows. Originally, I just wanted to draw some static silhouettes, but I have a guy who helps with line art in his free time and he said he could whip up an animated scene for this. I was like, cool, whatever. I don't know how he made it; I'll ask him later, but if a single scene out of the 56 bothers you, no worries. I'm not pushing anyone to play or subscribe anywhere.
