yea game is unbalanced atm don't want to waste people's time with a grind just to have to reset their progress later

I'm too lazy to test, but it's either that you have to do really good on the minigame, or just do that pose often enough.
I think it's the former, since I'd always get a levelup on the times I do crazy good in one run.

You can get the first levelup really easily, the second one will probably take 2 goes at the pose to get

For me the tech does not increase at all I got all 2 gold stars on all pose and she still stuck at 0 tech

it gives YOU tech. little sword by your max HP in the bottom right. boosts "damage" dealt to her bar. there isn't anything to change the girls' tech yet.
