To keep the gap between content down, ex. 1.6.x and 1.7 (9th of May to estimated 7-14th of July) I'd suggest splitting the deliverible into a content drop and a normal drop.

The two new girls seem like a logical seperate entity and thus delivery (being new and all I assume they do not have dependencies to the other girls and older code?)

The rest of 1.7.x (Aly, Jessica, Desire and fixes) forming a seperate delivery.

Just a thought, may or may not be possible or relevant.

Unfortunately it's not possible. It takes far too much time to restore stuff to how it was before. Once the development has reached a certain stage, there is no turning back until all is done.
I don't work on one scene after the other, it would take too much time and sometimes I miss an idea to continue. So everything that's in the development news "under progress" is half way, or whatever percentage finished. The only exception is the hot scene for Jessica for the hot shots game. I haven't done anything here. Everything else has to be finished before I can release a new version.
Hopefully it won't take too long to wrap everything up that's part of 0.1.7. But all depends on my free time, which is hard to predict.
The two new girls are all over the place. Removing them is not practical.
There are new job roles, new events, new scenes, new triggers, new quests created for them. Not to mention they are part of the update process as well.

• Jessica gets the Hotshots hot scene --> will be part of 0.1.7.0 (still working on it)
  --> as I said, not yet started, but I donÄt know if it's fun to have only the game but not the hot scene in the release
• Mercedes will get a scene at the night bar --> will be part of 0.1.7.0 (still working on it)
  --> Only some basic renders done, an idea on how to integrate the scene into the game is still missing, not much script
• Miriam will get a scene at the beach and a new location at the beach will be introduced --> will be part of 0.1.7.0 (still working on it)
  --> this one is a very long scene. Right now it has 40 renders and one sex animation with the new interface. It's about 80% finished, only missing some talk and chat stuff and some ideas how to trigger certain stuff
• Other missing stuff not directly mentioned:
  - big picture for mercedes and miriam -> this is important, because I can't add/change much in that regard later on
  - lots's of stats requirements for scenes/events/appointments -> won't add them all for 0.1.7
  - (non linear) quest related stuff, which is very complicated, meaning right now I have no idea how to do it. But I really need it for Mercedes and Miriam
  - testing and proof reading
  - removal of test code

Well if you're soliciting ideas for the two above mentioned events... I would suggest for Jessica's 'hot scene' that she dances on top of the bar and during her dance she begs, cajoles, etc. Mercedes to join her atop the bar. Jessica has already demonstrate with Desire that she is comfortable with other women so that wouldn't be a stretch. Maybe you make the scene dependent on Mercedes being in the bar at the start of the game and you have had a drink with her where the MC 'spiked' her drink with a green pill.

Have a drink with Mercedes and no Jessica in the bar and/or don't spike her drink and she just says, "I had a long day and am going to call it an early night" and leaves. If Jessica is in the bar and/or you spike her drink, she can say, "That went right to my head, I had better wait a bit before another or I try to do something. I'll just sit here for a minute or two."

Jessica Hotshot 'Hot Scene' is triggered by winning obviously. No Mercedes, Jessica dances on top of the bar to cheers from the crowd. Mercedes present, she joins Jessica atop the bar and they do a little girl on girl dance/show something along the lines of find the whistle or show me your tan lines. Could be a preface for a future scene, where the MC 'accidentally' comes across the two again in someone's room or the sauna/gym locker room, etc.

Just want to note, May to July is not actually that rare of a time gap for this game. It's been 2 weeks to a month for bug fixes then 2-3 months for a .1 increment since at least 1.3, and that is still better then a great number of patreon games.

Well that depends on what the purpose is I suppose.

If Hotshots is seen as,

- A stand-alone event then missing the hot scene, the "climax" of the event, is likely unwanted.
- An information dump and/or miniGame, then it does not matter much, it is a diversion in general and info about the girls.
- An event that can trigger other "hot" events, ex. if it like Heathers cosplay acts as a quest trigger to the actual hot event, which occurs in a different time and place, then the presence of the hotshots hot scene is pr. design unwanted as the actual hot scene is something else.

Personally I'd let the personality of the girls dictate rather than copy each along the same template (hotshots + hotshots hot event).
Gives them character and mix things up.

- Some are too jaded to go "hot" ex. Jessica for whom it is "a game" in itself => She'll not have one or it leads to an "get even for trying to make me hot" scene elsewhere.
- Some might not want to go hot in public, ex. Ivy => Acts as pre-condition to the actual hot event, A "hot" Ivy might let the MC have a say in Sex for once
- And then of course others will flaunt it because it is public, ex. Natasha comes to mind => extended hot scene

I'd definitely prefer the hotscene, even if it takes a few extra days, as not having the goal of the game at the end kind of kills the excitement. Though if it works like Heather's where it unlocks something else at another time then I guess it wouldn't matter.


Big picture sounds kinda hard to decide, as there's not a lot of open spots on the island for two new special girls to just suddenly take up. We have the game girl, island information and fitness specialist, and the big boss. Nurse, cleaning, reception and delivery are covered by the girls. If there was only one new girl it would be easy enough, just have her be in charge of new stuff at the beach and have a few events where water safety comes up. Hell if Jennifer wasn't already heavily involved with the Amy trip I'd say make one of the new girls in charge of short trips off the island.

I'm guessing at least one of them is suppose to be a lifeguard, so a safety specialist in general would be cool if not for the tone of the game not really needing that a lot. Having one of them in charge of the titfight would make sense though, really any kind of physical test one of them could be on standby just in case. Don't want all these lovely bodies injured in any way, might ruin the vacation. Maybe have one of them be nocturnal so there's stuff to do after the bar closes for people who want to stay up all night. Stuff like special training sessions or intimate meetings.

Just want to note, May to July is not actually that rare of a time gap for this game. It's been 2 weeks to a month for bug fixes then 2-3 months for a .1 increment since at least 1.3, and that is still better then a great number of patreon games.

Normal procedure/time frame is:
- Main version 0.1.x
- after some days, first bug fix: 0.1.x.1
- after 2 to 4 weeks a content update (0.1.x.2) which is optional, so happens not for every version
- 5 to 8 weeks for the next major update (counting from the content update if there was any)
if holidays get in the way like now or during summer, it can be 2 weeks longer

About the 2 new girls Miriam and Mercedes:
- their jobs are lifeguard and security
- they are special characters, so they will have special scenes only and none of the basic stuff
- there will be some quests for the new characters in the initial release, that will be continued later on ( I don't want to spoil the surprise)
--> the quest system has been enhanced to handle main + sub quests (no screnshots right now, because it would countain spoilers)
- Miriam will have a lot more content than Mercedes for the initial release
- in the initial release, Miriam will be on lifeguard duty at the beach and Mercedes will handle security in the night bar
- Miriam and Mercedes will visit the gym at night, so you can meet them there as well (0.1.8 or later)
- there are plans to have Mercedes on lifeguard duty at the pool and Miriam on security duty too (this will be 0.1.9 or later)

For the Aly quest: Why doesn't what your phone shows match what she sees?
Since what she sees and what is on your phone doesn't match, can Aly tell us what trophies we have? "You've gotten me 2 all time gold trophies: Best Butts and Wet T-shirt."
Why is there a 15 hour delay?
When is the all time rating updated? Sunday or as soon as Aly exceeds another girl's rating?
When was the all time quest added? 6.2?
How is all time versus weekly determined?
I think it's easy to be confused by this quest even if you can read the text. I've written a FAQ for this game and still couldn't answer questions about why the quest wasn't working.
Hopefully a couple more tweeks will end the confusion.

I think you are over-complicating the three gold trophies. I remember having this discussion about when the week started or was it a seven day period when I wrote the Guide. We settled on a seven day period, but I always thought that was the confusing culprit. Most people can agree a new week begins on Monday as that is what they are used to in real life. Even within the game, there is a summary screen of activity posted every Sunday night.

I never had a problem with the three gold trophies quest as Monday morning I went down to reception, even before breakfast to see who was the morning receptionist for that week. If it wasn't Aly, then I changed it so it was. That way I could started every morning by going by reception to hug/kiss her. Sometimes twice a day to ensure she was the gold trophy winner. On Wednesday I made her the winner of the Butt Contest and on Saturday I made her the winner of the Wet T-shirt contest.

After Saturday's contest, I hung out at the pool for the rest of the day. If Aly didn't appear or I couldn't shuffle the available girls so she did, I went by reception that evening and swapped out the morning receptionist from Aly for whomever else. Then I spent all day Sunday at the pool until Aly appeared and since she had won her gold trophies that week the quest completed without any problems.

The only possible hiccup in the above scenario is that Aly wasn't a participant in either the Butt or T-shirt contest. But that is why you save the game prior to each contest. If she isn't a participant, you re-load until she is.

Ok..their is too many previous pages to read from, I was wondering how do you trigger Jessica and heather scene at the beach?? Do they have to wear some sort of bikini? I'm already aware that both have to be together at the beach, but when I walk with heather it just doesn't trigger ;(
