Wow this game was better than I expected and the grind for me is juust right.
But..
How do you get the High Lust Vial ? its 0/3 in my inventory.
I thought it must be to masturbate when you're too horny (the Red symbol lust is max) but that also didn't worked.

You need high lust when doing it (I forget the value needed, probably over 70 or 80 lust).
Remember to talk to the doctor/nurse for vials/more vials.
You can run out and then after which the effort is wasted ... well sorta, until you get some new vials.
The quest tracker just count the vials, it does not itself provide any.
Edit : Forgot the blue pill, need to take that too.

If it is for those quests to open data about the girls you also need to have taken a blue pill, besides what poster above me said.

Plus one of the doctors will give you a free blue pill once in a while. I think it's Desire. Definitely not Faye.

Does she always comment on how you unfortunately aren't hard for her? Or is that just one of the outcomes? It didn't seem like there were more on the scenes in the phone from that event

According to Walkthrough, the opening of the sauna and gym-shower locations is associated with Faye. But if Faye is not on the island, is it possible to open these locations? (It would be great if it were possible!)

I do enjoy a good bourbon - even been on the Kentucky Bourbon trek. But I do enjoy a good single malt, like Glen Livit or Macallan.Maybe in exchange against a good Calvados ??

I remembered that I had had sex with Jessica at least as early as game day 4. So I thought it was worthwhile to perform an in depth investigation on when you'd be able to get the first vaginal sex scene and with whom. Most importantly: without cheating. The result surprised me!

Naturally, some girls have a much lower minimum time to first fuck (MTTFF) than others. Some sex scenes have special requirements which makes it impossible to achieve them quickly. And some girls you can't have sex with at all. So the only girls that can be had quite fast, I think, are (in alphabetical order) Alice, Amy, Faye, Heather, Jessica, and Natasha.
Here are some general rules on how to proceed (oh the grind!):
So in the following, I will lay out what you will have to do to achieve your quickie with one of the six aforementioned girls. Certainly, hard evidence (screen shots) is included
- Increase the girls affection past 35 and then 50.
- Chat with the girl
- Talk to her about other things and make her compliments
- Go for a walk with her on the beach, meet her in the night bar, help her in the gym etc.
- Increase the girl's love for you
- Affection of 35 or higher: hug her
- Affection of 50 or higher: kiss her
- Increase the girl's lust level
- This will automatically come with the points mentioned above
- If you are daring, you can also grope her breasts. The affection level needed for that depends on the girl.
- When you compile your own special skills at the start of the game select
- "Charm +2"
- "Endurance +20" (not Amy)
- "Strength +4" (Amy)
