Well, I'm pretty sure the one on the right is OG Yumiko... You've told us the names of the other two in the pool, but I don't recall their names (I'm getting old and forgetful, too)... But, what I want to know is, who is the babe in the background, walking along the edge of the pool carrying a pool ring?

Yumiko is correct, faithfully so, no tinkering.
The others are Akari and Maiko.

The lady in the background? That's Rose, she is there to make people guess it is Alice (same hair).

I'm guessing you have yet to talk with the receptionist and purchase that ability. It's all explained in the Companion Guide, linked on the first page of this thread.
