Or the sail boat trip?
Due to the sandbox-nature of the game, it is difficult to find the new ccontent.

If you are just starting the game, a lot has to happen before the second check-up in the lab and sailboat trip. Downloading and reading the Companion Guide is your best bet to answer a lot of your questions.
Unfortunately the Companion Guide and specifically 'SpoilerLand' cannot be updated until the author gets access to 0.4.0.0 same as everyone else. Use the Hints and Requirements displayed on your phone until the updated version is released.

No, on any of the characters.
Mutant Round Ass, as well as Mutant Balloon Tits(not all of them have them) AND Reese Weatherperson Pointy-Chins, are bad enough.
With the over sized Eye-Pupils, makes me want to draw Bug-Antenna's on their heads.
Not attractive at all.
Mia's are not near as bad.
Pluses are pluses and there has been improvements.
For those whom have been observant, it's obvious.
Nat, has had huge improvements on her looks.
Props to whom ever put the time and efforts.
It shows well and well done.

The game unfortunately is quite slow on my PC so I can't be bothered to play it. The premise was nice and the amount of bimbo's here was what I wanted to experience but if every render change needs two seconds I won't be doing that
