Have you tried talking with her? Or tried giving it to her like you would give a gift or flowers? A little more info is needed before giving an answer.

There's more to the quest than just letting Eva win a contest. Have you walked on the beach, visited with Joy, etc.?

If memory serves me well, it's a "trigger" scene (like when you go out or in your room you can catch a girl showering), ie: when you click on the "gym" icone, the specific scene where you catch Amy at the gym triggers then you will be able to give her the shake.
NOTE : I am not 100% sure, it was a long time ago.
Edit: and just in case, you didn't say if you tried the "talk to" option ? (double checking all possibilities I could think of).

That's a pretty high speed system there. My 1st was something called an Altair 8800b. Had to load the boot system through toggle switches on the front panel. Only way to get one was to build it yourself.
Next came my Atari 800. No hard drive. Did have a cassette tape drive though. Took about 30 min to load 8k program. Either that or type things in LINE BY LINE. This was some state of the art graphics in the early 80's. I coulda made MILLIONS - wrote a few lines of BASIC that turned a joystick into a mouse - in 1980.
This was the store ad for Atari:

how long does it take for Amy to leave to get her implants removed, its been several in game weeks is there some hidden trigger ?

It would help if you would include what you have accomplished in the game. Like have you completed all of the quests for Amy? Raised her love and affection to 100? Remember, this is a Sandbox game, not a linear game. In other words, even though some events are triggered after a certain amount of days have passed, the majority of appointments/events/scenes do not require any specific date.
In order for her to return you need to have an open spot on the island... if there is 9 girls currently on the island (not counting Jennifer, Joy, Yumiko, Mercedes and Miriam) she can't return and you'll need to send someone home first. If you have only 8 girls then it should trigger after a in-game week or a bit longer...
Can we somehow cheat in order to invite all of the girls on the island at the same time or at least more than 9 (say 10 for instance) ?
What good would that do? There is no scene where all of them appear together as it is.
