Have the same issue as everyone else here, can't get the game to run. Yes system locale is set to Japanese (this isn't my first VN, heck, I I've even played this one before, so no idea why it doesn't work now). Redownloaded, restarted my PC, started in admin, tried locale emulator instead, same error keeps coming up (same as others in the comments).
